Սոցիալ Դեմոկրատ հնչակյան կուսակցության Ֆրանսիայի «Նազարբեկ» երիտասարդական միության նախաձեռնությամբ հոկտեմբերի 28-ին Փարիզում տեղի է ունեցել է 2002-2006 թվականներին Հայաստանում Ֆրանսիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Անրի Կյունիի «Հայաստան, մի ժողովրդի ոգի» խորագրով գրքի շնորհանդեսը: Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք ՍԴՀԿ Ֆրանսիայի վարչության մամլո դիվանից, դեսպանն իր խոսքում անդրադարձել է հայ ժողովրդի հարազարամյա պատմությանը և մշակույթին, արտահայտել իր հարգանքն ու կապվածությունը Հայաստանի նկատմամբ, ինչը խթան է հանդիսացել գրքի հրատարակման համար:  

Խոսելով ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմի մասին` Անրի Կյունին նկատել է, որ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունը լինելով բռնապետական և ընտրված չլինելով այդ երկրի քաղաքացիների կողմից, անում է ամեն ինչ` սահմանային լարվածությունը պահելու համար: Ըստ դեսպանի, միայն ռազմական գործողությունները կկարողանան երկարացնել Ադրբեջանի բռնապետի իշխանությունը:

Շնորհանդեսի ժամանակ ելույթ է ունեցել ՍԴՀԿ Հայաստանի վարչության ատենապետ Նարեկ Գալստյանը, ով իր խոսքում շնորհակալություն է հայտնել դեսպան Կյունիին նախաձեռնության և հեղինակած գրքի համար, ինչպես նաև կարևորել հայ-ֆրանսիական բարեկամական հարաբերություններում դեսպանի ներդրումը:

Նարեկ Գալստյանը խոսել է նաև միջոցառման կազմակերպիչ «Նազարբեկ» երիտասարդական միության մասին, որն ապրիլյան պատերազմի ժամանակ մասնակցել է բանակին անհրաժեշտ որոշ ապրանքատեսակների նվիրատվությանը:  

ՍԴՀԿ ատենապետը նշել է, որ ռազմական գործողությունները դեռ չավարտված` «Նազարբեկ»-ի երիտասարդներն արդեն ժամանել էին Արցախ: Նարեկ Գալստյանը ՍԴՀԿ Հայաստանի վարչության կողմից երիտասարդական միությանը պարգևատրել է «Մեծն Մուրադ» շքանշանով:
