Այսօր ՀՀ Պաշտպանության նախարարության վարչական համալիրում տեղի է ունեցել ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարին կից կոլեգիայի նիստը` նվիրված զինված ուժերի օպերատիվ օղակի պաշտոնամասնագիտական և հրամանատարական պատրաստության պլանավորման ու կազմակերպման վիճակին, առկա խնդիրներին և կատարելագործման ուղիներին:

Հայկական երկու հանրապետությունների զինված ուժերի փոխգործակցության և գործողությունների համադրման շրջանակում նիստին մասնակցել են ՊԲ ղեկավար կազմի ներկայացուցիչները:

Պաշտպանության նախարարության պաշտոնական կայքից տեղեկանում ենք, որ նիստի մասնակիցներին ներկայացնելով օրակարգում ներառված հարցերը` ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը նախ անդրադարձել է պաշտպանական համակարգում «Ազգ-բանակ» գաղափարախոսության կյանքի կոչման դրույթներին և առավելագույն արդյունքի հասնելու ռազմավարության հիմնական ուղղություններին:

Այս համատեքստում պաշտպանական գերատեսչության ղեկավարն ընդգծել է, որ «Ազգ-բանակ» գաղափարախոսությունն անհամեմատ ավելին է, քան ազգային բանակը և դա բնավ չի տանում հասարակությունը կամ պետության ռազմականացմանը:

«Չի կարող հասարակությունը մեկուսացվել բանակից և հակառակը: Բանակի ժողովրդավարացումը և լիարժեք ինտեգրումը հասարակությանը, տնտեսության, մշակույթի, կրթության և գիտության, սպորտի բնագավառներ անում են այնպես, որ մենք դառնում ենք մեկ միասնություն, քաղաքացիական կյանքում ունեցած ձեռքբերումներով ամրապնդելով նաև մեր զինված ուժերի մարտունակությունը: Ազգ-բանակը այն բանակն է, որն ունի կրթող, դաստիարակող, ուսուցանող ներուժ, որը փոխանցվում է ժողովրդին: Ազգ-բանակը այն հասարակությունն ու զինված ուժերն են, որտեղ նորարար գիտությունից դեպի ռազմարդյունաբերական համալիր մեկ քայլ է, դա այն վստահությունն է, որ հասարակությունն ունի դեպի զինված ուժերը, դեպի մեր երկրի սպայական անձնակազմը: Դա այն պաշտպանական համակարգն է, որտեղ զորահավաքին պատրաստ է յուրաքանչյուրը՝ հստակ իմանալով իր անելիքը, տեղը, դերն ու միջոցները»,- նշել է պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը:

Կոլեգիայի նիստի ընթացքում հիմնական զեկույցներով հանդես են եկել ՀՀ ԶՈՒ ԳՇ օպերատիվ վարչության պետ, գեներալ-մայոր Արտակ Դավթյանը և ՀՀ ԶՈւ մարտական պատրաստության վարչության պետ, գեներալ-մայոր Տիրան Խաչատրյանը: Զեկույցներում և հարակից այլ ելույթներում, ինչպես նաև հարց ու պատասխանի ընթացքում ընդգծվել է, որ հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում զգալի աշխատանքներ են տարվել զինված ուժերի օպերատիվ օղակի պաշտոնամասնագիտական և հրամանատարական պատրաստության կատարելագործման ուղղությամբ:

Նշվում է, որ առանձնակի ուշադրության կենտրոնում են եղել առաջավոր փորձի ուսումնասիրման և փոխանակման միջոցառումները: Առավել բարձրացել է շտաբների ներդաշնակ աշխատանքի և սպաների գիտելիքների, ունակությունների ու հմտությունների մակարդակը: Լայնորեն կիրառվել են ուսուցման նոր ձևեր և մեթոդներ: Կազմակերպվել են զորավարժություններ, հրամանատարական ու մարտավարական հավաքներ, ցուցադրական ու գործնական պարապմունքներ, խմբային վարժանքներ, հրաձգություններ և տարաբնույթ մարզումներ:

Ծավալված ակտիվ քննարկումների արդյունքում հետագա անելիքների վերաբերյալ նիստի մասնակիցներին տրվել են համապատասխան հանձնարարականներ:
