Պայթեցված առաջին տպարանի շենքի սեփականատեր Գենիկ Կարապետյանը վարչապետի  երեկվա հանձնարարականիցտեղյակ է: Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում նա նշեց, որ իրավունք և ցանկություն չունի վարչապետի ասածը չկատարելու:

Պատժի հնարավոր չափի մասին նշեց․ «Ես ո՞վ եմ, ասենք՝ շենքի սեփականատերը մի ամերիկացի է, որը հիմա Ամերիկայում է, և ինքը պայմանագիր է կնքել, էստեղ շինարարություն են անում: Երեկ վարչապետի մոտ տեղի է ունեցել հանդիպում, այսօր լույսը չբացված Դուք հարցնում եք՝ կա՞ն գնդակահարված մարդիկ: Ի՞նչ իմանամ՝ կա՜ն, չկա՜ն: Վերջը դա կառույց է, ինչ-որ մարդիկ պիտի ճշտեն՝ ու՞մ մեղքն է, ինչքա՞ն է, ի՞նչ է, և դուք կուրախանաք այդ պատժով, ի՞նչ կա ուրախանալու: Անպայման կլինի պատիժ, և անպայման դուք կուրախանաք»:


Գենիկ Կարապետյանը նշեց, որ տպարանի շենքի պայթեցման մեջ, պարզ է, կան մեղավորներ, որոնք օրենքի սահմաններում չեն աշխատել․ «Վարչապետն էլ  ասաց՝ եթե օրենքի սահմաններում չեն արել, ով ինչ մեղավորություն ունի, այդ մեղքի չափով կպատժվի: Եկեք մի օր սպասենք, երևի լույսը կբացվի, կպատժեն, կիմանանք»:
