Սփյուռքի նախարարությունը պատրաստվում է մի շարք կարևորագույն խնդիրներ լուծել՝ օգնելով սփյուռքահայերին

ՀՀ կառավարության նոր ծրագրի շրջանակում սփյուռքին առնչվող 2016-2017 թվականների ծրագիրը և հեռանկարային բարեփոխումները ներկայացրեցին ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարի խորհրդական Ստեփան Պետրոսյանը և ՀՀ սփյուռքինախարարի տեղակալ Սերժ Սրապիոնյանը։ 

Ստեփան Պետրոսյանը լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց, որ սփյուռքի բաժնում առանձնացված են 7 կարևորագույն խնդիրներ. «Դրանով չի սահմանափակվում  Հայաստան-Սփյուռք գործակցությունը։ Ուղղակի հիմա 7 ուղղություն են թիրախավորվել, որոնց ուղղությամբ մենք պիտի ավելի գերակա աշխատանքներ կատարենք։ Առաջին խնդիրը կապված է ներդրումների ներգրավման հետ, երկրորդը՝ սիրիահայերի ինտեգրմանն է վերաբերում։ Հաջորդ կարևորագույն խնդիրը, որ նշված է ծրագրում, համահայկական կառույցների հետ համագործակցությունն է, որը պիտի ակտիվացնենք։ Կան նաև հայրենաճանաչության, սփյուռքահայ ուսուցիչների վերապատրաստման ծրագրեր, Սփյուռքում գործող մասնագիտական գերակա աշխատանքների ակտիվացումը մեր հաջորդ որդեգրած ուղղությունն է և վերջին ամենակարևոր խնդիրը՝ վիրահայության հետ կատարվող աշխատանքներ կատարելն է»:

«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարի խորհրդականը նշեց, որ Սփյուռքի նախարարությունում կա հատուկ ժամանակացույց այս ծրագրերը իրագործելու համար։ Նա նաև հավելեց, որ այս աշխատանքների զգալի մասն արդեն իսկ եղել է նախարարության առաջնային ծրագրերում, և կառավարության նոր ծրագրերը առավել կոնկրետացում էին պահանջում։ 

Լրացնելով Պետրոսյանի խոսքը՝ նախարարի տեղակալ Սերժ Սրապիոնյանը անդրադարձավ բողոքող սիրիահայերի հարցին, իբր նրանք անուշադրության են մատնված իրենց հայրենիքում, ասաց. «Մենք տպագրել ենք իրավական խորհրդատու գիրք, որտեղ ներկայացված են Հայաստանի օրենքները, ամեն օր խորհրդակցություններ ենք կազմակերպում, որպեսզի հանկարծ որևէ թյուրիմացություն չլինի։ Իհարկե, այնպես չէ, որ համատարած դժգոհում են, դժգոհողները մեկ կամ երկու հոգի կարող են լինել»։
