ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ավարտվել է արտերկրում ապրող, ազգությամբ հայ կնոջ մերկ լուսանկարը սոցիալական ցանցում տարածելու սպառնալիքով գումար շորթելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը:

Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Վանաձոր քաղաքի բնակչին: Քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բավարար ապացույցներ են ձեռք բերվել առ այն, որ Վանաձոր քաղաքի մի բնակիչ արտերկրում գտնվող նախկին ընկերուհուց 2015 թվականի դեկտեմբերի սկզբին պահանջել է 600 եվրո՝ սպառնալով հակառակ պարագայում հրապարակել նրա անձնական կյանքին վերաբերող տեղեկությ ուններ: Վերջինս պահանջը չի կատարել, ինչից հետո նախկին ընկերը «Facebook.com» սոցիալական ցանցում առանձին էջ է բացել և տեղադրել աղջկա մերկ լուսանկարը և այն ավելի լայն շրջանակի անձանց հրապարակելու սպառնալիքով դեկտեմբերի 12-ին «MoneyGram» դրամական փոխանցման համակարգով ստացել է 307.068 ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք 600 եվրո:

Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ Վանաձոր քաղաքի բնակչին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 182-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (Շորթումը՝ անձի մասին արատավորող կամ անձի իրավունքներին ու օրինական շահերին էական վնաս պատճառող տեղեկություններ հրապարակելու սպառնալիքով): Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին: Քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է Լոռու մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան: Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դ եռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցվածչէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
