Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում տեղի ունեցած աշխատանքային հերթական խորհրդակցության ժամանակ, որը վարել է քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը, աշխատակազմի հանրակրթության վարչության պետը զեկուցել է, որ քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայության դպրոցներում, նախադպրոցական, մշակութային և առողջապահական հաստատություններում շարունակվում է հսկողությունը ջեռուցման համակարգերի անխափան շահագործումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ: Այս համատեքստում քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանն անդրադարձել է վերջին օրերին զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցներում տեղ գտած այն հրապարակումներին, համաձայն որոնց որոշ մանկապարտեզներում ջեռուցման համակարգերը դեռևս միացված չեն:

«Արդեն մի քանի տարի է` հստակ հայտարարում եմ, որ ջեռուցման սեզոնի մեկնարկ հասկացություն գոյություն չունի: Մեկնարկը տրվում է այն ժամանակ, երբ դրա անհրաժեշտությունը կա, եթե անգամ դա լինի օգոստոս ամսին: Ըստ այդմ նաև համապատասխան լիազորություններ ենք տվել բոլոր կրթօջախների տնօրեններին, որ առաջին իսկ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում գործարկեն ջեռուցման համակարգերը: Եվ այս ամենից հետո ուղղակի աններելի է որոշ տնօրենների անպատասխանատու վարքագիծը: Անհրաժեշտ ֆինանսական միջոցները ևս տրամադրված են, ու անհասկանալի է, թե ի՞նչն է նման վարքագծի պատճառը: Փորձում են տնտեսում անե՞լ: Ի վերջո խոսքն այս դեպքում մեր երեխաների առողջությանն է վերաբերում, ու նրանց առողջության հաշվին տնտեսում անելու փորձ կատարող տնօրենները միանշանակ պետք է ենթարկվեն պատասխանատվության», - ընդգծել է Տարոն Մարգարյանն ու հանրակրթության վարչությանը և վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարներին հանձնարարել է արձանագրված բոլոր դեպքերը մանրակրկիտ ուսումնասիրել ու պատասխանատվության ենթարկել բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր թերացել են: Բացի այդ, հանձնարարվել է նաև մշտական հսկողության տակ պահել հարցն ու անմիջապես արձագանքել այդ մասով ստացվող ահազանգերին:
