ՊԵԿ-ը պետական բյուջե է վերականգնել ավելի քան 117 մլն դրամ

Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի իրավախախտումների հայտնաբերման ու վարչական վարույթների իրականացման վարչությունը 2016թ. հոկտեմբերին պետական բյուջե է վերականգնել ավելի քան 117 մլն դրամ: Վարչության հետաքննության բաժնում ստացված նյութերից 44-ով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, 21 նյութով մերժվել է քրեական գործի հարուցումը, իսկ 18 նյութ ընթացքի մեջ է: Հոկտեմբեր ամսվա ընթացքում հարուցված քրեական գործերով պետությանը պատճառված վնասը, տույժ և տուգանքներով հանդերձ, կազմել է 655.8 մլն դրամ, իսկ մերժված նյութերով՝ 531.4 մլն դրամ: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, այդ ուղղությամբ կատարված աշխատանքի արդյունքում վարչության հետաքննության բաժնում պետական բյուջե է վերականգնվել 25.7 մլն դրամ: Այս մասին  տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Անշարժ գույքի օտարումների մասով առաջացած հարկային պարտավորությունների վերաբերյալ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 205-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին և 2-րդ մասերի հատկանիշներով նախապատրաստված նյութերով հարուցվել է 49 քրեական գործ, որոնց ընդհանուր հարկային պարտավորությունները կազմել են ավելի քան 1 միլիարդ 663 միլիոն դրամ, որից հարկի գումարը՝ ավելի քան 891 միլիոն դրամ: Հատկանշական է, որ հարուցված քրեական գործերից մեկը վերաբերում է օֆշորային գոտում գրանցված ընկերության կողմից ավելի քան 251 մլն դրամ հարկային պարտավորությունները պետբյուջե չվճարելուն:

Իրավախախտումների հայտնաբերման ու վարչական վարույթների իրականացման վարչության իրավախախտումների հայտնաբերման և վերլուծության բաժնում ստացվել է 142 փաստաթուղթ, ևս 437-ը փոխանցվել է նախորդ ամսվանից: Ընթացքի մեջ է 421 փաստաթուղթ, իսկ 158-ը վերադարձվել է հարկային տեսչություններին, 52 փաստաթուղթ էլ փոխանցվել է հետաքննության բաժին: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, իրավախախտումների հայտնաբերման և վերլուծության բաժնում պետական բյուջե է վերականգնվել 89.8 մլն դրամ: Վարչական վարույթներով գանձված տուգանքի գումարներով և մաքսային վճարներով պետբյուջե է վերականգնվել 1.74 մլն դրամ:
