Այսօր մի շարք լրատվամիջոցներ տարածել էին «Պահեստազորի սպաների համահայկական միության»  ՀԿ նախագահ Վարդան Ավետիսյանի կոչը, որում մանսավորապես նշվում էր աշխարհազորային հրամանատարներին մոբիլիզացնելու և հակառակորդի հարձակմանը դիմակայելու մասին։ Նմանօրինակ հայտարարություն-կոչերը պատերազմական իրավիճակում գտնվող երկրում վայրկենական խուճապ ստեղծելու ազդեցությունն են ունենում, քանի որ ինֆորմացիայի տարածման ինչպես նաև հսկայական թվով անբարեխիղճ լրատվամիջոցների առկայության պայմաններում առաջին հայացքից տպավորություն էր ստեղծվում, թե հայտարարության հեղինակները ռազմական գործողությունների վերսկսման լուրջ տեղեկություններ ունեն։

Այնուհետև հաջորդում է ՊՆ մամլո խոսնակի հայտարարությունը, որը կոչն արտահայտում է զուտ հասարակական կազմակերպության դիրքորոշումը։  Թե ինչքանով են նման դիրքորոշումների բարձրաձայնումները առնվազն կոռեկտ հայաստանյան ներկայիս պայմաններում շատ դժվար է ասել։ Խնդիրն ավելի դժվարանում այն պարագայում, որ Վարդան Ավետիսյանը ՀՀ Պաշտպանության նախարարության Տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչության պետն է, ինչը բնականաբար, ցանկացած ընթերցողի մոտ տպավորություն է ստեղծում, որ իրեն մատուցվել է պաշտոնական հաղորդագրություն։

Եթե խոսքը գնար հայաստանյան լրահոսի անհայտ ծագման որևէ կայքի կողմից հերթական անհեթեթ լուրը տարածելու մասին, գուցե անհանգստանալու առիթ չլիներ, քանի որ ստիպված են արձանագրել, որ նման թվացյալ սենսացիաները չափից ավելի շատ են, այս դեպքում իրավիճակը բոլորովին այլ է, և պետք է փաստել, որ պետական համակարգում՝ առավել ևս Պաշտպանության նախարարությունում աշխատող պաշտոնյան առնվազն կոռեկտությունից ելնելով  չպետք է նման հայտարարություններով ու կոչերով հանդես գա։ Կամ այդ պաշտոնյան պետք է ուղղակի ընտրություն կատարի և որոշի ինքը Պաշտպանության նախարարության վարչության պետ է,  թե հասարակական կազմակերպության նախագահ։

Այլապես մենք ունենում ենք առկա իրավիճակը, երբ հասարակական կազմակերպության տարածած հաղորդագրությունը վերածվում է արհեստականորեն խուճապային տրամադրություն ստեղծող լրատվության։ Առավել ևս այն պայմաններում, որ համաձայն Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանի հայտարարության  անհանգստանալու կարիք չկա և պաշտպանության նախարարության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումները աչալուրջ հետևում են հակառակորդին և անհրաժեշտության դեպքում արձագանքում են բոլոր մարտահրավերներին։ Նման պայմաններում տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, որ ՊՆ Տեղեկատվության ր հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչության պետն  ունի իր ուրույն տեսակետը։ Ինչևէ, ամեն դեպքում մասնավորապես Պաշտպանության նախարարության պարագայում այսօրինակ կազուսային իրավիճակները միանշանակ կերպով պետք է բացառվեն:
