Իրան-Հայաստան հարաբերություններում վերջին մեկ տարվա ընթացքում զգալի արդյունքներ են գրանցվել: Ինչպես  Արմենպրեսի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում նշեց իրանագետ Վարդան Ոսկանյանը, արդյունքները հիմնականում տնտեսական հարթությունում են, որովհետև քաղաքական հարթությունում երկու երկրների հարաբերություններն այնպիսի բարձր մակարդակի վրա են, որ ավելի լավացնելու տեղ, կարծես թե չկա:

«Տնտեսական հարթությունում Հայաստանն ու Իրանը հարաբերությունները զարգացնում են մի քանի ոլորտներում: Երկու երկրների օրակարգում մշտապես առկա է էներգետիկ ոլորտը: Անմիջապես պատժամիջոցների վերացումից հետո Իրանը պատրաստակամություն հայտնեց սկսել երրորդ բարձրավոլտ գծի կառուցման աշխատանքները, որոնք ընթացքի մեջ են: Ինչպես գիտենք, Հայաստանը, Իրանը, Ռուսաստանը, Վրաստանը Երևանում կնքել են հուշագիր, որը հանգեցնելու է հյուսիս-հարավ էլեկտրաէներգետիկ միջանցքի ստեղծմանը»,-ասաց Վարդան Ոսկանյանը:

Նոր զարգացումներ են գրանցվում գազի ոլորտում: Հայաստանը ստեղծել է պետական ընկերություն, որը պետք է զբաղվի իրանական գազը Հայաստանով դեպի երրորդ երկիր` Վրաստան, արտահանելու հարցերով: Օրերս էլ Իրանում նախաստորագրվել է հուշագիր, համաձայն որի, Հայաստանը ստանում է լիազորություններ գազը երրորդ երկիր արտահանելու համար: Դատելով մամուլում հրապարկված տվայլներից, Վարդան Ոսկանյանի խոսքով, Հայաստանը ամռանը որոշակի չափաբաժին գազ վաճառել էր Վրաստանին, այսինքն, դա նշանակում է, որ ծրագիրը փորձարկման փուլ է անցել:

«Հայաստանով իրանական գազի արտահանման հարցի քննարկման ժամանակ հաճախ խոսվում է Ռուսաստանի հնարավոր ազդեցության վերաբերյալ: Շատ դեպքերում ՌԴ-ի «թույլատրելու» կամ «չթույլատրելու» խնդիրն ուռճացվում է: Անշուշտ Ռուսաստանը մեծ ազդեցություն ունի տարածաշրջանում, սակայն ռուսական կողմը հասկացել է, որ ծրագրերին իր կողմից մասնակցային մոտեցումը ճիշտ ճանապարհն է: Ընդ որում, սա բխում է նաև Ռուսաստանի շահերից` Վրաստանին համագործակցության դաշտ բերելու տեսանկյունից»,-ասաց Վարդան Ոսկանյանը:  Այլ կերպ ասած, ըստ Վարդան Ոսկանյանի, Վրաստանին Բաքու- Թբիլիսի-Անկարա առանցքին զուգահեռ առաջարկվում է Թեհրան-Երևան-Մոսկվա առանցքը: Իրանագետն ընդգծեց, որ սա բարձրացնում է Հայաստանի դերակատարությունը:

Վարդան Ոսկանյանը կարևոր քայլ համարեց Իրանի հետ վիզային ռեժիմի չեղարկումը: Նրա խոսքով, Հայաստանի ու Իրանի հարաբերություններն այնպիսի վստահելի մակարդակի վրա են, որ առանց մուտքի արտոնագրի կարող են փոխադարձ այցելություններ կատարել: Ինչը զգալիորեն ազդել է զբոսաշրջիկների հոսքի վրա:

«Իրան Հայաստան հարաբերություններում մեկ հանգամանք ևս պետք է ընդգծել: Պարսից ծոցը Սև ծովին կապող ծրագրի շրջանակում Հայաստանը շարունակում է Իրանի համար հետաքրքիր երկիր մնալ: Հայաստանը Իրանի համար դիտարկվում  է որպես դեպի հյուսիս ելք ապահովող օղակ: Բայց այստեղ խնդիրն այն է, որ Հայաստանի ներսում հաղորդակցման հարցերը բարձիթողի վիճակում են: Հետևաբար պետք է արագացվեն Հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհի աշխատանքները»,-ասաց Վարդան Ոսկանյանը: Նա նշեց, որ Թուրքիայի Արևելքում առկա  անկայունությունը հաշվի առնելով՝ Հայաստանը կարող է զգալիորեն նեգրավել իրանական բեռնափոխադրումների հոսքերը դեպի մեր երկիր: Նման ծրագրերը կնվազեցեն Հայաստանի շրջափակման ազդեցությունը:
