 ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցների մաքսային ձևակերպումների մասնագիտացված մաքսատանը հետևողական միջոցառումներ են իրականացվում սպասարկման որակի բարելավման, ընթացակարգերի կրճատման և պարզեցման ուղղությամբ: Ըստ ավտոմաքսատան պետ Բաբկեն Ղազարյանի, ՀՀ վարչապետի և ՊԵԿ նախագահի հանձնարարականներով մի շարք փոփոխություններ են կատարվել մաքսային ձևակերպումների գործընթացում. «Մասնավորապես, եթե նախկինում բրոքերային ծառայությունը զբաղվում էր միայն հայտարարագրի լրացմամբ, իսկ մնացած գործընթացը քաղաքացին ինքնուրույն էր իրականացնում, ապա նոր կարգի համաձայն, ավտոմեքենայի սեփականատերը փաստաթղթերի փաթեթը հանձնում է բրոքերային ծառայությանը, որը 20 րոպեում ապահովում է մնացած բոլոր ընթացակարգերը, գործընթացը տևում է 30 րոպե»: Ներկրվող ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցների ուղեկցող բեռների մաքսային ձևակերպումը նույնպես սկսել է իրականացվել մաքսատանը: Բաբկեն Ղազարյանի խոսքով՝ նախկինում ավտոմաքսատնից ուղեկցող բեռն ուղարկվում էր մաքսային պահեստ, այնուհետև տարածաշրջանային մաքսատուն,  որտեղ և քաղաքացիները կարողանում էին մաքսազերծել ու ստանալ այն: Այս մասին  տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

ՀՀ վարչապետի հանձնարարականով ուսումնասիրվում է միջազգային ավտոշուկայում մեքենաների ձեռք բերման գինը, և, եթե փաստաթղթերը արժանահավատ են, ապա հիմք են ընդունվում նրա ներկայացրած տվյալները, մեքենան գնահատվում է ձեռք բերված արժեքով և մաքսազերծումն իրականացվում է գործարքի գնի մեթոդով: «Նոր բարեփոխումների արդյունքում այժմ մեքենայի սեփականատերը հնարավորություն ունի ավտոմաքսատանը համակարգիչների միջոցով մաքսային ծառայողների հետ համատեղ դիտարկել ներկրած ավտոմեքենայի միջազգային գնային առաջարկները: Նման աշխատաոճով ավելի ստույգ է որոշվում մաքսային արժեքը՝ բացառելով մաքսազերծման կամայական սակագնի որոշում կայացնելու հավանականությունը, գործընթացը դառնում է առավել թափանցիկ, հրապարակային և կանխատեսելի»,-ընդգծել է ավտոմաքսատան ղեկավարը: ՊԵԿ նախագահի հանձնարարականի համաձայն, ձևակերպումների ժամանակահատվածի կրճատումից բացի, շուտով գործառույթների մի մասը ևս կտեղափոխվի մաքսատներ: Մասնավորապես, եթե նախկինում մեքենաների ներկրմամբ զբաղվող ընկերությունները գործարքի գնի մեթոդով մաքսազերծելու թույլտվություն կարող էին ստանալ միայն կոմիտեում, ապա առաջիկայում այդ գործառույթը նույնպես կիրականացվի ավտոմաքսատանը: Կարևորելով քաղաքացիների պատշաճ իրազեկումն ու որակյալ ծառայությունների մատուցումը, մաքսատանը փոփոխությունները և նորույթները ներկայացվում են տեղեկատվական ցուցանակով: Մաքսային ծառայողների ոչ իրավաչափ գործողությունների վերաբերյալ էլ քաղաքացիները կարող են դիմել վերադասին: ՊԵԿ նախագահի հանձնարարությամբ ավտոմաքսատանը նույնպես փակցվել են համապատասխան հուշաթերթիկներ, որտեղ, մասնավորապես, նշված են պաշտոնատար այն անձանց հեռախոսահամարները, ում կարող են դիմել քաղաքացիները մաքսային Ծառայողների ապօրինի գործողությունների, անհարկի խոչընդոտների դեպքերում: Առանձին հուշաթերթիկներ կան նաև մաքսային արժեքի որոշման կամ ձևակերպումների ընթացակարգերի հետ կապված խնդիրների վերաբերյալ: Հաշվի առնելով հանրային հետաքրքրությունը ներմուծվող ավտոմեքենաների մաքսային արժեքի նկատմամբ, քաղաքացիները սպառիչ տեղեկատվություն կարող են ստանալ՝ զանգահարելով 060 54 73 04 հեռախոսահամարով:

Ինչ վերաբերում է վիճակագրությանն, ապա Բաբկեն Ղազարյանի տեղեկացմամբ՝ տարեսկզբի համեմատ մոտ 30 տոկոսով աճել է մեքենաների ներկրումը. հոկտեմբերին 3-րդ երկրներից ներմուծվել է 1820 մեքենա՝ ապահովելով 1 միլիարդ  480 միլիոն դրամի մուտքեր: ԵԱՏՄ երկրներից՝  ներկրվել է 980 մեքենա:
