«Արմաթ» լաբորատորիաները ստեղծում են բարենպաստ պայմաններ տնտեսության կայուն զարգացման համար

ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարությունում հրավիրված մամուլի ասուլիսին Ինֆորմացիոն տեխնոլոգիաների ձեռնարկությունների միության (ԻՏՁՄ) փոխտնօրեն Հայկ Չոբանյանը, Այգեկի միջնակարգ դպրոցի տնօրեն Ռուզաննա Արիստակեսյանը, ՀՊՄՀ և թիվ 173 դպրոցի խմբակավարներ Նունե Օրդյանն ու Կարապետ Մանուկյանը ներկայացրել են ՀՀ կրթական համակարգում «Արմաթ» ինժեներական լաբորատորիաների ներդրման ծրագրի առանձնահատկությունները:

«Արմաթ» ինժեներական ծրագիրն արդեն համախմբել է շուրջ 160 դպրոցների 3000-ից ավելի տաղանդավոր դպրոցականների: «Արմաթ» լաբորատորիաները, գործելով հիմնականում մարզերում և սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերում, տնտեսության կայուն զարգացման համար բարենպաստ պայմաններ են ստեղծում: Լաբորատորիաներում սովորող աշակերտները 3-4 տարվա ընթացքում ձեռք են բերում ինժեներական գիտելիքների այնպիսի պաշար, ստեղծագործականություն և ճկունություն, որ կարճ ժամանակահատվածում կարող են ձեռներեցությամբ զբաղվել ու հոգալ ընտանիքի և համայնքի հոգսերը:

Պատահական չէ, որ Ինֆորմացիոն տեխնոլոգիաների ձեռնարկությունների միության (ԻՏՁՄ) «Արմաթ» ինժեներական լաբորատորիաների ծրագիրը WITSA Global Excellence Award մրցանակաբաշխությունում «Կայուն զարգացման» (Sustainable growth) անվանակարգում մրցանակի է արժանացել: Մրցանակաբաշխությունը տեղի է ունեցել հոկտեմբերի 4-ին՝ Բրազիլիայում: Այն ավանդաբար անց է կացվում 6 անվանակարգում ՏՏ համաշխարհային համաժողովի (World Congress on Information Technology - WCIT) շրջանակում` Տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների և ծառայությունների համաշխարհային ալյանսի (WITSA) կողմից:

ԻՏՁՄ փոխտնօրեն Հայկ Չոբանյանը նշում է. «Տեխնոլոգիական ոլորտն առանձնահատուկ է նրանով, որ աշխատանքը կատարվում է առցանց, ուստի համաշխարհային շուկայում առկա շուրջ 2 մլն թափուր աշխատատեղը կարող է լրացվել հենց հայ մասնագետների կողմից, իսկ միջազգային պատվերների ձեռքբերումը անմիջականորեն կնպաստի համայնքային զարգացմանն ու արտագաղթի նվազեցմանը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2016 թ-ի մարտին ԻՏՁՄ-ի և Կառավարության միջև՝ ի դեմս Կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանի, ստորագրվել է համագործակցության հուշագիր «ՀՀ համայնքներում և հանրակրթության համակարգում նախնական ինժեներական կրթության ներդրում» ծրագրի շրջանակներում համագործակցելու մասին: Ըստ հուշագրի՝ կողմերը ծրագրի իրականացման նպատակով անհրաժեշտ ներդրումներ ներգրավելու համար կհամատեղեն ջանքերը:

ԻՏՁՄ-ն շարունակում է ներդրումների հայթայթման գործընթացը, որպեսզի ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիական կրթության հավասար և անվճար հնարավորություն ապահովի ՀՀ բոլոր դպրոցականներին:

«Արմաթը» գործում է անվճար հիմունքներով և բաց է բոլոր դպրոցականների առջև: Այն դպրոցների աշակերտները, որտեղ դեռևս չեն հիմնվել նման խմբակ-լաբորատորիաներ, կարող են հաճախել հարակից բնակավայրերում գործող «Արմաթ» խմբակներ:
