Թուրքիայում մարդու իրավունքների հարցում իրավիճակի վատացումը ու ժողովրդավարական չափորոշիչների խախտումը կարող է կտրուկ կրճատել Թուրքիայի շանսերը Եմ-ին անդամակցելու հարցում, նախազգուշացրել են ԵՄ-ում։

Բրյուսելում քննադատել են Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի ներքին քաղաքականությունը, նշելով քաղաքացիների իրավունքների ու ազատությունների կանոնավոր խախտումները, որոնք ուժեղացել են այս տարվա ամռանը պետհեղաշրջման անհաջող փորձից հետո, փոխանցում է BBC–ն։

«Անկարայի համար եկել է ժամանակը հայտնել մեզ, թե ինչ է իրականում ուզում։ Սա վստահության թեստ է»,- հայտնել է ընդլայնման ու բարիդրացիական քաղաքականության հարցերով եվրահանձնակատար Յոհաննես Հանը։ Նրա խոսքով, ԵՄ-ն ունի լուրջ կասկածներ Միությանը Թուրքիայի անդամակցության վերաբերյալ, որոնք ուժգնացել են հուլիսյան իրադարձություններին հաջորդած դատավարությունների ու կալանավորումների ալիքից հետո։ «Թուրքիան որպես ԵՄ –ին անդամակցության թեկնածու երկիր պետք է համապատասխանի նրա բարձրագույն չափորոշիչներին ու այս հարցում փոխզիջումներ լինել չեն կարող։ Թուրքիայի մասին այս տարվա զեկույցում մենք նշել ենք, որ Թուրքիան հետ է գնացել ֆունդամենտալ իրավունքների պահպանման ու օրենքներին հետեւելու հարցում»,- հայտնել է Հանը ՝ Բրյուսելում եվրախորհրդարանում լսումների ժամանակ։

Միեւնույն ժամանակ Թուրքիայում իրավիճակի մասին զեկույցում, որը կազմել էր ԵՄ-ն, բարձր են գնահատվել երկրի ջանքերը միգրանտների թվի կրճատման ուղղությամբ։
