 ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը տեղեկացնում է, որ խուլիգանության կատարման մեջ մեղադրվող Գոռ Մ.-ն հաղորդում է ներկայացրել, որ ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետական հատուկ ծառայություն իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձինք իրեն խոշտանգել են: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից:

Մասնավորապես՝ Գոռ Մ.-ն հաղորդում է տվել այն մասին, որ 2016 թվականի փետրվարի 28-ին Երևանի «Պապարացի» ակումբում տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանությունից հետո ՀՀ ոստիկանության ծառայողները խուլիգանություն կատարելու կասկածանքով իրեն բերման են ենթարկել ոստիկանության Կենտրոնի բաժին:

Մինչև բերման ենթարկելը, ոստիկանները ավտոմեքենայի մեջ բռնություն են կիրառել իր նկատմամբ: Ոստիկանության ծառայողները իր նկատմամբ շարունակել են բռնություն կիրառել նաև ոստիկանության Կենտրոնի բաժնում, իսկ երբ ինքնազգացողությունը վատացել է, շտապօգնության մեքենայով իրեն տեղափոխել են «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոն:

Ճանապարհին՝ շտապօգնության մեքենայի մեջ, ոստիկանության ծառայողները կրկին իր նկատմամբ բռնություն են կիրառել, իսկ բժիշկները չեն միջամտել վերջիններիս գործողություններին:

ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետական հատուկ ծառայություն իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից խոշտանգում կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 309.1-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 4-րդ կետով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:
