 ՀՀ Վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանն այսօր ընդունել է Ավստրիայի ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության գլխավոր տնօրեն Կոնրադ Պեսենդորֆերին: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Վարչապետը կարևորել է պաշտոնական վիճակագրության դերը որոշումների կայացման գործում և արդյունավետ համարել Հայաստանի ու Ավստրիայի ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայությունների համագործակցությունն ինչպես երկկողմ, այնպես էլ բազմակողմ ձևաչափով: Նշելով, որ յուրաքանչյուր հարթակ կարևոր է մասնագիտական շփումների, փորձի փոխանակման համար՝ Կարեն Կարապետյանն օգտակար է համարել Եվրոպական միության աջակցությամբ ՀՀ վիճակագրական համակարգում ԵՄ չափանիշների ներդրումը, ինչպես նաև ԵՄ Թվինինգ ծրագրի շրջանակում ներկայում շարունակվող աշխատանքները:

Կոնրադ Պեսենդորֆերը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ընդունելության համար և ՀՀ վարչապետին փոխանցել Ավստրիայի կանցլերի ջերմ ողջույնները: Նրա խոսքով՝ ՀՀ ԱՎԾ հետ տևական արդյունավետ համագործակցության փորձ է կուտակվել, այդ թվում նաև՝ Եվրոպական վիճակագիրների ասոցիացիայի շրջանակում: Ավստրիայի ԱՎԾ-ի գլխավոր տնօրենը տեղեկացրել է, որ եվրոպական վիճակագրական համակարգի նոր  զարգացումների ներքո մշակվում են վիճակագրական գործիքակազմի կիրառման նոր չափանիշներ, որոնց նպատակն օբյեկտիվ, անկողմնակալ և գիտական մտքի զարգացմանը համահունչ վիճակագրական hամակարգի ձևավորումն է:

Ողջունելով նախատեսվող բարեփոխումները՝ կառավարության ղեկավարը նշել է, որ քայլեր են կատարվում նաև ՀՀ վիճակագրական համակարգի արդիականացման ուղղությամբ: Վարչապետի խոսքով՝ ՀՀ ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության առջև մաքսիմալ օբյեկտիվ ու անկախ լինելու խնդիր է դրված, քանի որ հանրային վստահության ապահովման համար անհրաժեշտ է ինֆորմացիոն աղբյուրների և ելակետային տվյալների հավաստիություն: Հաշվի առնելով օբյեկտիվ վիճակագրական տվյալների կարևորությունը որոշումների կայացման գործում՝ Կարեն Կարապետյանը կարևորել է վիճակագրական տվյալների քննար կման ժամանակ հետադարձ կապի ապահովումը, ինչը թույլ կտա հասկանալ ելակետային ինֆորմացիայի սխալմունքի հավանականությունը և հնարավորինս բացառել դա:
