Վարչապետը ԵՄ դեսպանների հետ քննարկել է ՀՀ-ԵՄ համագործակցության զարգացմանը վերաբերող հարցեր

ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանն ընդունել է ՀՀ-ում հավատարմագրված Եվրոպական միության անդամ պետությունների դեսպաններին՝ ՀՀ-ում ԵՄ պատվիրակության ղեկավար, դեսպան Պյոտր Սվիտալսկիի գլխավորությամբ:  Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Վարչապետը կարևորել է եվրոպական միության հետ անկեղծ, բաց երկխոսությունն ու համագործակցությունը բոլոր ուղղություններով և ավելացրել, որ անհրաժեշտ է համարում փորձի փոխանակումն ու մեր երկրում եվրոպական մշակույթի ներդրումը՝ բիզնեսի կառավարման, կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի, մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության, դատաիրավական բարեփոխումների գործընթացում: Անդրադառնալով կառավարության գործունեության ծրագրին՝ վարչապետը նշել է, որ գործադիրի հիմնական խնդիրն է բիզնեսի համար առավելագույն արդար, ազատ և հավասար դաշտի ստեղծումն ու ներդրումային ծրագրե րի խթանումը: Կառավարության ղեկավարը տեղեկացրել է, որ առաջիկայում ստեղծվելու  են հիմնադրամներ, որոնք համաֆինանսավորելու են ակտիվ, նախաձեռնող, բաց դաշտում աշխատող բիզնեսին, որպեսզի այն վերարտադրվի և զարգանա, իրականացվելու են քայլեր օրինապահ հարկատու լինելը մոտիվացնելու համար: Կարևորելով նաև կառավարման մշակույթի փոփոխությունը՝ վարչապետը շեշտել է, որ առանց ստվերի և բոլոր ոլորտներում կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի՝ երկիրը զարգացնելու ճանապարհ չի տեսնում: Այդ առումով, կառավարության ղեկավարն ավելացրել է, որ կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի ուղղությ ամբ գործադիրը հանդես է գալու օրենսդրական հստակ նախաձեռնություններով, փոխվելու է նաև կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի խորհրդի կազմը. դրանում կներգրավվեն հասարակության լայն շրջանակների ներկայացուցիչներ: «Մոտ ժամանակներս ստեղծելու ենք ռազմավարական նախաձեռնությունների և բարեփոխումների կենտրոն, որի գործունեության մեջ բացի կառավարության ներկայացուցիչներից, կներգրավվեն նաև աշխարհի տարբեր երկրների մեր գործընկերները, որոնց փորձը, գիտելիքները մեզ համար կարևոր են: Նրանք ուրվագծելու են այն բարեփոխումները, որոնք անհրաժեշտ են մեր երկրին»,- նշել է Կարեն Կարապետյանը:    

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ընդունելության համար՝  Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին ընդգծել է, որ տպավորված են ՀՀ վարչապետի և կառավարության հավակնություններով, բարեփոխումների օրակարգով և ավելացրել, որ Հայաստանի պայծառ ապագայի կերտման ուղին տեսնում է այդպիսին: Դեսպանը շեշտել է, որ ԵՄ-ն, որպես Հայաստանի բարեկամ, պատրաստ է օժանդակել մեր երկրին՝ տնտեսության զարգացման, գործարար դաշտի, հարկային և մաքսային վարչարարության բարելավման նպատակով: Անդրադառնալով կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի խնդրին՝ պարոն Սվիտալսկին նշել է, որ տպավորված է կառավարության նախատեսա ծ հարուստ միջոցառումներով և այդ ուղղությամբ սերտորեն համագործակցելու պատրաստակամություն հայտնել: Դեսպանը կարևորել է նաև ընտրական գործընթացի կազմակերպման, դատական համակարգի անկախության, մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության ոլորտներում փոխգործակցությունն ու բարեփոխումների իրականացումը:
