Հայաստանում բնակվում է 6 հազարից ավելի տեսողական խնդիրներ ունեցող անձ, որից  500-ը երեխաներ են: Այս մասին Արմենպրես մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսին նշեց տեսողության խնդիրներ ունեցող երեխաների թիվ 14 հատուկ դպրոցի տնօրեն Ալեքսան  Ահարոնյանը:

«Հայաստանում  գործում է կուրություն ունեցող երեխաների համար նախատեսված այս մեկ դպրոցը, որտեղ սովորում է 100 երեխա` Ջավախքից, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից, Հայաստանի տարբեր մարզերից: Դպրոցում երեխաները ստանում են լիարժեք կրթություն, բոլոր առարկաներն են անցնում: Նախարարի հրամանով մեզ մոտ գործում է նաև նախակրթարան»,-ասաց Ալեքսան Ահարոնյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ մի քանի տարի առաջ կարող էր ներկայացնել բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ, սակայն ներկայում միակ գլխավոր հարցը շարունակում է մնալ բրալյան դասագրքերի խնդիրը: Տարբեր կազմակերպությունների միջոցով հնարավոր է եղել որոշ քանակությամբ  տպագրել, սակայն դա բավարար չէ: Դպրոցը խնդիրը լուծում է բրալյան պրինտերի միջոցով: Բրալյան տետրերի հետ կապված խնդիր չկա, դրանք արդեն 5-րդ տարին է՝ տրամադրում  է ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարությունը:

Ալեքսան Ահարոնյանը նշեց, որ տեսողության խնդիրներ ունեցող երեխաների համար մեկ հատուկ  դպրոցը հանրապետությունում բավարար չէ, իսկ ներառական դպրոցները բավարար չափով հագեցած չեն մասնագետներով ու բրալյան դասագրքերով, տետրերով:

«Հայաստանի կույրերի միավորում» ՀԿ նախագահի տեղակալ Մարտին Սարգսյանը նշեց, որ կույրերն ու թույլ տեսողություն ունեցող անձինք աշխատանքի տեղավորման խնդիրներ ունեն: Ժամանակին կույրերի միավորման արտադրամասերում նրանք աշխատանքի էին տեղավորվում, սակայն ներկայում արտադրամասերն  աշխատում են իրենց հզորության քիչ ծավալով: Հետևաբար, շատերին չեն կարող աշխատանքի տեղավորել:

«Արտադրամասերում կուրություն ունեցող անձինք արտադրում են տարբեր ապրանքներ, սակայն Հայաստանի շուկան փոքր է, իսկ արտահանումը խնդիր է:  Հույս ունենք, որ ԵԱՏՄ անդամակցությունը արտահանման տեսանկյունից նոր հեռանկարներ կբացի»,-ասաց Մարտին Սարգսյանը:

Մարտին Սարգսյանը կուրություն ու թույլ տեսողություն ունեցող անձանց  խնդիրներից առանձնացրեց  քաղաքում տեղաշարժվելու հարցը: Ըստ նրա` մատչելի պայմաններ չկան, երթևեկությունն անկանոն է, հետևաբար  առանց ուղեկցողի տեսողական խնդիրներ ունեցող անձը չի կարող ազատ տեղաշարժվել:
