Նոյեմբերի 13-ին Փարիզում Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդի մասնակցությամբ ընթանում է 2015 թվականի նոյեմբերի 13-ին մայրաքաղաքում եւ քաղաքի արվարձանում տեղի ունեցած ահաբեկչությունների զոհերի հիշատակին նվիրված միջոցառումների շարք:

Սգո միջոցառումները սկսվել են նախագահի կողմից Stade de France-ի մոտ հուշատախտակի բացմամբ: Դրա վրա փորագրված է 63-ամյա վարորդ Մանուել Դիասի անունը, որն այդ օրը «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորման գոհայինների իրականացրած ահաբեկչությունների շարքի առաջին զոհն էր:

Ֆրանսուա Օլանդը Փարիզի հյուսիսային ծայրամասում գտնվող Stade de France է եկել վարչապետ Մանուել Վայսի, կառավարության մի շարք անդամների, Փարիզի քաղաքապետ Ան Հիդալգոյի, Սեն-Սեն-Դենի դեպարտամենտի ղեկավար Ստեֆան Տրուսելի ուղեկցությամբ:

Լռության րոպեից հետո, հուշատախտակին ծաղկեպսակներ եւ ծաղկեփնջեր են դրվել: Դիասի որդին՝ Միշելը, ուղերձ է ընթերցել, որում նշված էր. «Այդ օրը երեկոյան ես լսեցի, որ մարզադաշտի մոտ ընդամենը մեկ մարդ է զոհվել, եւ ուրախացա, որ այքան քիչ զոհ է եղել, բայց պարզվեց, որ ահաբեկիչների առաջին զոհը իմ հայրն էր»,- փոխանցում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2015 թվականի նոյեմբերի 13-ին երեք ահաբեկիչներ փորձել են ահաբեկչություն իրականացնել Stade de France-ի տրիբունաներում: Այդ ժամանակ այնտեղ էր նաեւ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահը, որը հետեւում էր Ֆրանսիայի եւ Գերմանիայի հավաքականների հանդիպմանը: Սակայն տեսնելով, որ մարզադաշտի պահախումբը մանրակրկտորեն ստուգում է բոլոր մտնողներին, նրանք ինքնապայթեցում էին իականացրել մարզադաշտի կողքին: Արդյունքում մեկ մարդ մահացել էր, մի քանի տասնյակ մարդ ծանր վիրավորվել:
