Արցախի Քարին Տակ գյուղը մանկապարտեզ կունենա

 Արցախի Քարին Տակ գյուղում (Շուշիի շրջան) կառուցվող մանկապարտեզը Հիմնադրամի կողմից համայնքում կյանքի կոչվող չորրորդ կարեւորագույն ենթակառուցվածքն է: Նախորդ տարիներին այստեղ կառուցվել է համայնքային կենտրոն, խմելու ջրի նոր համակարգ, վերակառուցվել դպրոցի մարզադահլիճը: Մանկապարտեզը կառուցվում է արգենտինահայ բարերարներ Դեվեճիէան, Էքսերճիէան ընտանիքների, Քիրքոր Շիմշիրողլուի, հունահայ եւ կիպրահայ համայնքների, ինչպես նաեւ ԼՂՀ կառավարության համաֆինանսավորմամբ: Հունաստանի տեղական մարմնի այս տարվա դրամահավաք-հեռախոսամարաթոնը եւս կուղղվի մանկապարտեզի ֆինանսավորմանը: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք հիմնադրամից:

Մանկապարտեզում նախադպրոցական կրթություն եւ խնամք կարող է ստանալ ավելի քան 50 երեխա: Շնորհիվ նորակառույց կաթսայատան եւ ջեռուցման համակարգի, խստաշունչ ձմռան ամիսներին եւս այստեղ հնարավոր կլինի հարմարավետ պայմաններ ապահովել: Խաղասարքերով կահավորված խաղահրապարակն էլ կծառայի մանուկների բացօթյա ժամանցին: Մանկապարտեզի շենքն արդեն կանգուն է, տանիքը՝ կառուցված: Շենքի արտաքին ու ներքին հարդարումը, կաթսայատան կառուցումն ու տարածքի բարեկարգումն ավարտելուց հետո, ամռանը, նորակառույցը դռները կբացի համայնքի 40 փոքրիկների առջեւ: 
Քարին Տակն ունի շուրջ 650 բնակիչ, որոնց գերակշռող մասը երիտասարդներ են: Գյուղապետ Մխիթար Առուշանյանի խոսքով՝ գյուղում տարեցտարի ավելանում է ծնունդների թիվը, եւ այստեղ մանկապարտեզի խիստ կարիք կար: «Մեր գյուղացիներն ամուր կապված են իրենց հողին. նույնիսկ պատերազմի տարիներին, երբ գյուղն արկերի տակ էր, մերոնք չլքեցին իրենց տունը: Այսօր, համայնքում մեկը մյուսին հաջորդող ծրագրերի շնորհիվ քարինտակցիներն ապրում են ավելի բարեկեցիկ կյանքով եւ հավատով են լցված վաղվա օրվա հանդեպ» ,- ասում է գյուղապետը: 

Շուշի քաղաքից 5կմ հեռավորության վրա գտնվող Քարին Տակ համայնքը հիմնադրվել է 18-րդ դարում: Այն արցախյան ազատամարտի ընթացքում մեծապես տուժած գյուղերից է: Ամեն տարի, հունվարի 26-ին, քարինտակցիները նշում են գյուղի հերոսամարտի ու հաղթանակի օրը:
