Ազգային ժողովի ՀԱԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Լևոն Զուրաբյանն ԱԺ հերթական քառօրյա նիստի մեկնարկին առաջարկեց զինծառայողների սոցիալական պաշտպանության ապահովման հարցը քննարկել բյուջեի շրջանակում, սակայն խորհրդարանի խոսնակը մերժեց առաջարկը:

Զուրաբյանն առաջարկում էր փոխել հերթականությունը և սկզբում քննարկել պետական բյուջեի նախագիծը, որի ժամանակ էլ կանդրադառնան նաև զինծառայողների սոցիալական պաշտպանվածության ապահովման խնդրին, որից հետո միայն քննարկել համապատասխան նախագիծը: «Մենք կողմնակից ենք, որպեսզի պետությունն ապահովի զոհված և հաշմանդամ զինծառայողների ընտանիքների փոխհատուցումը: Եվ կարծում ենք, որ այդ փոխհատուցումը պետք է լինի շատ ավելին, քան նախատեսված է փոխհատուցման վերաբերյալ նախագծով, որը ներկայացված է Ազգային ժողովի քննարկմանը: Բայց դա պետք է արվի ոչ թե քաղ աքացիներից գումարներ գանձելու եղանակով, այլ մենք կարող ենք դա անել պետական բյուջեի ծախսերի հաշվին»,- Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Զուրաբյանը:

Նա վստահություն հայտնեց, որ քննարկումների արդյունքում կարող են գտնել համապատասխան միջոցներ այդ խնդիրները կարգավորելու համար: «Ես առաջարկում եմ, որ մենք այս հարցը քննարկենք պետական բյուջեի շրջանակներում և փորձենք գտնել համապատասխան միջոցներ շատ կարևոր այս խնդիրը լուծելու համար»,- ասաց Զուրաբյանը:

ԱԺ նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանը մերժեց Զուրաբյանի առաջարկը՝ ընդգծելով, որ նման առաջարկները պետք է նախօրոք անել, ոչ թե նիստի օրակարգը հաստատելուց հետո: «Դուք ձեր տեսակետը կարող էիք ներկայացնել լիագումար նիստին նախորդող քննարկումների ժամանակ, ներկայացնեիք առաջարկներ, որը մենք կքննարկեինք, ոչ թե նիստի մեկնարկին ու օրակարգը հաստատվելուց հետո»,- հիմնավորեց Սահակյանը:
