ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ձեռնարկվում են ակտիվ քննչական գործողություններ՝ պարզելու որպես բժիշկ ներկայացած անձանց կողմից խաբեությամբ քաղաքացիներից գումար հափշտակելու դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները, տուժած անձանց շրջանակը։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հաղորդում է ստացվել առ այն, որ Լոռու Գուգարք գյուղում ինչ-որ անձինք, ներկայանալով որպես բժիշկներ, հերթագրել, ապա բժշկական՝ համակարգչային հետազոտության են ենթարկել տարբեր բնակիչների՝ համապատասխան վարձատրության դիմաց՝ չունենալով բժշկի մասնագիտություն։ 

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի հատկանիշներով և ձեռնարկվել անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ քննությունն ապահովելու, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց ինքնությունը պարզելու համար:

Նախնական քննությամբ ապացույցներ են ձեռք բերվել առ այն, որ Գեղահովիտ գյուղի և Եղվարդ քաղաքի երեք բնակիչներ, ներկայանալով որպես բժիշկներ, մատչելի գներով բժշկական հետատոզման ենթարկելու պատրվակով, նախապես հերթագրել են մարզի մի շարք բնակիչների, այնուհետև «Rofes» սարքի միջոցով կազմակերպել նրանց առողջության համակարգչային հետազոտումը, իբրև հայտնաբերել հիվանդություններ և կատարել դեղորայքային նշանակումներ՝ նշված անձանցից հափշտակելով գումար: Քրեական գործով 12 անձ ճանաչվել է տուժող։

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ երեք անձի՝ Ա.Մելոյանին, Ա.Թադեւոսյանին և Ն.Մուրադխանյանին, 2016 թվականի նոյեմբերի 12-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի  178-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի հատկանիշներով։

Քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ համապատասխան մասնագիտացում չունեցող անձանց կողմից բժշկական հետազոտման են ենթարկվել նաև այլ տարածքների բնակիչներ, և ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ նշված երեք անձանց գործողություններից տուժած անձանց իրական շրջանակը պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
