 Մոսկվայում աշխատանքն Է ավարտել Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության երկրների երիտասարդ փորձագետների, գիտնականների ու լրագրողների «Աշնանային դպրոցը»: Միջոցառման փակմանը ելույթ Է ունեցել Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի կոլեգիայի նախագահ Տիգրան Սարգսյանը:

Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք ԵԱՏՀ-ի մամուլի ծառայությունից, Տիգրան Սարգսյանն ընդգծել Է, որ դպրոցի առաքելությունը երիտասարդ փորձագետներին, գիտնականներին ու լրագրողներին օգնելն Է՝ հասկանալու ինտեգրացիոն միավորման հիմքում դրված տրամաբանությունը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ ինդուստրիալ հասարակության մեջ գոյությունի ունի ապրանքների արտադրության մրցակցություն: Դրա Էությունն այն Է, որ ընկերությունները, պայքարելով սպառող համար, որակյալ ապրանք են արտադրում ավելի ցածր ինքնարժեքով: Հետինդուստրիալ հասարակության հիմնական գործոնը մասշտաբի գործոնն Է: Այսօր գլոբալ շուկան բաժանում են խոշոր անդրազգային կորպորացիաները, եւ այս դեպքում մրցակցությունը բերում Է այն բանին, որ գլոբալ խաղորդների արտադրանքը նույնական Է դառնում:

«Մենք դուրս ենք ընկել մրցակցային պայքարից, երբ ընթանում Էր ինդուստրալիզացիայի գործընթացը: Բայց եթե մենք ցանկանում ենք լինել արդիական, մրցունակ, մեզ հարկավոր Է հասկանալ գլոբալ թրենդը,-հայտարարել Է Տիգրան Սագսյանը:-Ինդուստրիալ հասարակության մեջ դա ապրանքների արտադրության գործընթացն Էր, հետինդուստրիալ հասարակության մեջ գերակայությունը կադրային եւ ինտելեկտուալ ներուժի ձեւավորումն Է»:

Միության երկրների առավելություններից մեկը նա համարել Է զգալի մտավոր ներուժը եւ մաթեմատիկայի լավ դպրոցը. «Մենք պետք Է հասկանանք՝ ինչ ոլորտներում մրցակցային առավելություններ ունենք համաշխարհային մասշտաբով, որտեղ ենք մենք մասնագիտանում եւ ինչ թրենդ կարող ենք ձեւավորել: Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունը կարող Է ապագա ունենալ միայն այն դեպքում, եթե մենք կարողանանք մրցակցել գիտելիքների արտադրության մեջ: Խոսքը մեր գիտական ու ինտելեկտուալ ներուժի մասին Է»:

Հաջորդ քայլը պետք Է դառնա Միության միասնական առեւտրական պլատֆորմի ստեղծումը, որը թույլ կտա կապել արտադրողներին, մատակարարներին, գնորդներին ու առեւտրականներին: «Ընդհանուր առմամբ դա նշանակում Է մեր ամբողջ եվրասիական տարածքի արդիականացում: Մենք հայեցակարգ ենք մշակում եւ կցանկանայինք, որ դրան աջակցեին Միության երկրները: Դա կարող Է դառնալ մեր գործունեության բեկումնային ուղղությունը, որը մեզ կօգներ ինդուստրիալ հասարակությունից ցատկ կատարել հետինդուստրիալ հասարակություն»,-ընդգծել Է ԵԱՏՀ-ի կոլեգիայի նախագահը:
