 ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը տեղեկացնում է, որ ՀՀ ճանապարհային ոստիկանության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնի պետական հատուկ ծառայություն իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից բռնության գործադրմամբ զուգորդված պաշտոնեական լիազորություններն անցնելու վերաբերյալ քննվող քրեական գործի նախաքննությամբ ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների արդյունքում հիմնավորվել է, որ ոստիկանության հիշյալ ստորաբաժանման աշխատ ակից, ոստիկանության մայոր Արտավազդ Հարությունյանը, անցնելով պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները, բռնություն է կիրառել քաղաքացի Սասուն Թադևոսյանի նկատմամբ:  

Մասնավորապես՝ քրեական գործով իրականացված մի շարք քննչական և դատավարական գործողությունների արդյունքում հիմնավորվել է, որ 2016թ. մարտի 20-ին ՀՀ ճանապարհային ոստիկանության հատուկ պահպանվող տարածքում արգելադրված ավտոմեքենայի բեռնախցիկից գույքի դուրսբերումը ձգձգելու առիթով վարորդ Սասուն Թադևոսյանի և ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների միջև ծագել է վիճաբանություն, որը շարունակվել է նաև ոստիկանության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնի վարչական շենքում:

Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք  ՀՔԾ-ից, այդ ընթացքում՝ հատուկ միջոցներ գործադրելու (օգտագործելու) օրենքով նախատեսված պայմանների բացակայության, ինչպես նաև այն գործադրելու սահմանված կարգի ակնհայտ խախտմամբ, ՀՀ ճանապարհային ոստիկանության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնի պետական հատուկ ծառայություն իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձ հանդիսացող Արտավազդ Հարությունյանը անհարկի դիմել է ոստիկանական հատուկ միջոց հանդիսացող ռետինե մահակի գործադրմանը, որով հերթապահ մասի ներսում բազմաթիվ հարվածներ է հասցրել քաղաքացի Ս. Թադևոսյանի մարմնի տարբեր մասերին՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ:

ՀՀ ճանապարհային ոստիկանության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնի պետական հատուկ ծառայություն իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձ հանդիսացող Արտավազդ Հարությունյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 309-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով:

ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում ավարտվել է հիշյալ քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Գործը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ հանձնվել է դատավարական հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին՝ այն հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու համար:
