«Բոլորը գալիս են փրկչի տեսքով, մենք չենք ասում՝ մենք եկել ենք փրկենք, մենք ասում ենք՝ եկել ենք գործ անենք»։ Սա ամենակարևոր հայտարարությունն էր, որ արեց Արման Վարդանյանը:

Ինչու էր ամենակարևորը, որովհետև սա անկեղծ խոսք էր: Մարդիկ սովոր են լսել, որ փրկիչ է գալու, սակայն ամեն անգամ, երբ չակերտավոր փրկիչները գալիս են, մարդիկ հասկանում են, որ խաբվել են, որ եկողն ամենևին էլ փրկիչ չէր:

Արման Վարդանյանն ասաց, այն կարևորը, որ մինչ օրս դեռ չի համարձակվել ասել այլ քաղաքական ուժ կամ անհատ: Տարբեր դիմադիր ու ընդդիմադիր ուժեր հայտարարում են, որ իրենք գալու են, ու փրկեն, իրենք գալու են ու ծաղկեցնեն, իրենք գալու են, ու բոլոր մարդիկ միանգամից հարստանան: Այս քաղաքական գործիչները խաբում են: Իսկ Արման Վարդանյանը, քաջ գիտակցելով, որ մարդկանց դուր է գալիս «փրկիչ լինելը» ու «փրկելու» մասին հայտարարությունները, եղավ անկեղծ ու ասաց, որ գալիս են' աշխատեն:

Այն, որ Վարդանյանի ու «Միասնություն» շարժման երիտասարդների հայտարարությունները անկեղծ են և չեն պարունակում փաթոս ու դեմագոգիա, դա գնահատելի է:

Կան մի քանի շատ կարևոր փաստեր ևս, որոնց վրա ուշադրություն դարձնել է պետք: Նախ, ովքեր են այս երիտասարդները: Նրանք մարդիկ են, ովքեր երբեք չեն խաբել մարդկանց, նրանք մարդիկ են, որ հասարակ կյանքով են ապրում, նրանք մարդիկ են, որ գիտեն, թե ինչ ցավ ունի մարդը:

Այս շարժման անդամները «էլիտա» չեն և մարդկանց չեն նայում վերևից: Այս մարդիկ դուրս են եկել մեր ժողովրդի ծոցից ու գիտեն մեր բոլորի խնդիրների մասին: Նրանք հասկանում են սովածի «ղադրը», գիտեն հիվանդի «հալը», անմեղի՝ մեղքը:

«Եկել ենք' աշխատենք»: Ինչ պետք է անեն այս մարդիկ: Նրանք պետք է կանգնեն բոլորի կողքը, գնան գյուղեր, օգնեն, խորհուրդներ տան, աջակցեն, ցավին դարման անեն, թույլ չտան, որ կեղեքեն ու խախտեն քաղաքացիների իրավունքները: Այս ամենին զուգահեռ' այս տղաներին պետք է միանան բոլորը, ովքեր, իրոք, անկեղծ սիրում են երկիրն ու ունեն գաղափարներ: Պետք է հիշել, որ միակ փրկությունը դա «Միասնական» լինելն ու աշխատելն է, ստեղծելն ու արարելը և ոչ թե' բարձր գոռալն ու սիրուն խոսքեր ասելը:
