Այսօր հայտարարությունների ժամին ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Կարեն Ավագյանը, անդրադառնալով բանակի համար հիմնադրամ ստեղծելու հարցին, համոզմունք հայտնեց առ այն, որ սահմանին կանգնած զինվորը, տեսնելով նախագծի շուրջ քննարկումներն ու շահարկումները, ներողամտորեն ժպտում է:
 
«Այս օրերին երիտասարդության տոնը նշող մեր տղաներից շատերը նոր են վերադարձել բանակից, ոմանք էլ նոր պիտի գնան ծառայելու հայրենիքին։ Այս օրերին մենք Հայաստանի տարբեր անկյուններում ոգևորում ենք երիտասարդներին, մեծարում երիտասարդությանը, փառաբանում երազանք ունենալու իրավունքը։
 
Այսօր սահմանին կանգնած են երիտասարդ տղաները, ովքեր հայոց երազանքն իրականություն են դարձնում։ Սահմանին կանգնած զինվորը մեր հողի վրա մեր տեսակի ապրելու իրավունքի երաշխավորն է, երիտասարդ լինելու համար ուրախանալու և հայրենիքի պաշտպան դառնալու՝ երիտասարդական թաքուն հպարտության սիմվոլը։ Զինվորը չի էլ մտածում, որ զենքը ձեռքին կանգնած է, իր հաշվին հարստացողի՞ն է պաշտպանում, թե՞ սեփական ընտանիքը»,- նկատեց պատգամավորը։
 
Ինչպես նշեց Կ. Ավագյանը, զինվորը պաշտպանում է իր հավաքական հայրենիքն ու բոլորիս անվտանգությունը։ Իսկ այսօր քննարկվում է զինվորին 1000 դրամ տալ-չտալու հարցը։
 
«Ես համոզված եմ, որ նույն զինվորը, այնտեղ՝ սահմանին կանգնած, տեսնելով այս քննարկումներն ու շահարկումները, ներողամտորեն ժպտում է, բայց զենքը չի գցում, զգոնությունը չի կորցնում, քանի որ թիկունքին իր հայրենակիցներն են, նրանց խաղաղությունը։
 
Եկեք խոսենք ոչ թե 1000 դրամ տալ-չտալու մասին, ես համոզված եմ, որ ոչ ոք ոչինչ չի խնայի, հակառակը, ավելին են պատրաստ տալ, այլ եկեք մտածենք, թե ինչպես ավելի հասցեական դարձնենք այդ գումարները։ Համապատասխան մարմինները ներկայացրել են բոլոր մեխանիզմները, որոնցով վերահսկվելու են դրամական շարժերը։ Իսկ եթե որևէ մեկն ունի լրացուցիչ առաջարկներ, ապա անշուշտ կարող է ներկայացնել դրանք»,- ասաց նա։
 
Ըստ պատգամավորի՝ ամեն ինչ կարելի է քննարկել ու ուղղել, մի բան կա միայն, որի հարցում սխալ անել չի կարելի, քանի որ ուղղելը շատ դժվար կլինի՝ զինվորի ինքնասիրությունը։
 
«Մի′ դիպչեք հայրենիքի պաշտպանի հոգուն։ Մարմնական ցավին նա հեշտությամբ է դիմագրավում, ինքնասիրությանը հասցված վերքը դժվար բուժելի է։ Կանգ առնենք այստեղ և առաջ շարժվենք սա գիտակցելով։ Սա է իմ խնդրանքը բոլորին»,- հավելեց Կ. Ավագյանը։
