«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Պետության կողմից երաշխավորված անվճար բժշկական օգնության եւ սպասարկման շրջանակներում բնակչության սոցիալապես անապահով եւ հատուկ խմբերում ընդգրկված քաղաքացիների դժվարամատչելի ախտորոշիչ հետազոտությունների իրականացման համար ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը 25 բժշկական կազմակերպության հետ լրացուցիչ համաձայնագրեր է կնքել, ընդհանուր՝ 134,0 մլն դրամի չափով։ Այս տեղեկությունը հրապարակվել է ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության կայքում:

Թե ինչպես է բաշխվել այս գումարը, կարելի է ծանոթանալ կառավարության ինտերակտիվ բյուջեից, որտեղ տեղադրված են բոլոր պայմանագրերը: Համաձայն կնքված պայմանագրերի հավելվածների, այդ 134 միլիոն դրամը բաշխվելու է հետեւյալ կերպ՝ ամենամեծ մասը՝ 24 միլիոնը բաժին է հասնելու «Վարդանանց» բժշկական կենտրոնին, որը պատկանում է «ԱՐԻՆՏԵՐԼԵՎ» ՍՊԸ-ին, իսկ այս ընկերությունը հիմնադրել է ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Լեւոն Ալթունյանը: ՀՀ իրավաբանական անձանց պետական ռեգիստրի գրանցամատյանում ՍՊԸ-ի հիմնադիրների անվան տեղում գրված են Լեւոն Ալթունյան եւ Միքայելյան Արեւշատ անունները:

Մի փոքր ավելի պակաս՝ 23 միլիոն դրամ էլ հատկացվել է «Նաիրի» բժշկական կենտրոնին, որն էլ իր հերթին պատկանում է «Արմամաքս» ՍՊԸ-ին, իսկ այս ընկերությունը կապվում է առողջապահության նախկին նախարար Հարություն Քուշկյանի անվան հետ:

Խոշոր հատկացումների երրորդ պատվավոր տեղը զբաղեցնում է առողջապահության կրկին նախկին նախարար Արմեն Մուրադյանի եւ Ամենայն հայոց կաթողիկոս Գարեգին Բ-ի անվան հետ կապ ունեցող «Իզմիրլյան» բժշկական կենտրոնը: «Իզմիրլյանը» ստացել է 10 միլիոն դրամ:

Նախարարության կողմից ընտրված 25 կազմակերպություններից մյուսները ստացել են անհամեմատ ավելի ցածր գումարներ: Հարց՝ կա արդյոք այստեղ կոռուպցիոն ռիսկ, իհարկե՝ կա: Վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի ղեկավարած հակակոռուպցիոն հանձնաժողովի համար այս հրապարակումը շատ հետաքրքիր թեմա է, իսկ կքննարկվի՞ այս հատկացումների հարցը հանձնաժողովում՝ ժամանակը ցույց կտա»:
