Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը համազգային նախաձեռնություն է համարում զինծառայողների հատուցման նախագիծը

Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության ժամանակ զոհված կամ հաշմանդամ դարձած զինծառայողների հատուցման նախագիծը համարում է համազգային նշանակություն ունեցող նախաձեռնություն: Ազգային ժողովում համապատասխան օրենսդրական նախաձեռնության քննարկման ժամանակ Նաղդալյանը նախ պատգամավորներին խնդրեց մեկ րոպե լռությամբ հարգել արցախյան գոյամարտից մինչ օրս բոլոր զոհված զին ծառայողների և ազատամարտիկների հիշատակը: Այնուհետև ԱԺ փոխնախագահը ողջունեց պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանին՝ նման նախագիծ ներկայացնելու համար, ինչպես նաև այն բաց և անկեղծ ներկայացնելու համար: «Մենք կարող ենք հստակ ասել, որ հարցը բովանդակային առումով բանավեճ կամ կարծիքների բախում չի առաջացնում: Իրականում մեր հասարակության մեջ հարց չի առաջանում, որ զոհված կամ վիրավոր, խեղված, առողջությունը կորցրած զինվորին կամ նրա ընտանիքին պե՞տք է աջակցություն լինի, թե ոչ: Ապրիլյան պատերազմի օրերին և դրանից հետո մենք ականատես եղանք, թե ինչ միասնական ձևով մեր հասարակությունը աջակցեց բանակին: Անգամ շատ համեստ հնարավորություններ ունեցող մարդիկ իրենց ներդրումն են ունեցել համազգային պայքարում»,- Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Նաղդալյանը՝ ընդգծելով, որ իր միասնականությամբ հայ ժողովուրդն արդեն զարմացրել է ողջ աշխարհին:

ԱԺ փոխնախագահը վստահ է, որ հիմնադրամը, որին աշխատող քաղաքացիներն ամեն ամիս գումարներ են փոխանցելու, աշխատելու է թափանցիկ և հասարակության մեջ վստահության բարձր մակարդակ է ունենալու: Նաղդալյանի խոսքով՝ ստեղծված են բոլոր նախադրյալները պատշաճ վերահսկողություն իրականացնելու համար:

Անդրադառնալով որոշ պատգամավորների կարծիքին, թե այս նախաձեռնությունը ներկայացվել է նախընտրական դիվիդենտներ հավաքելու համար՝ Նաղդալյանն ընդգծեց, որ նախընտրական դիվիդենտների համար կարելի էր շատ ավելի արդյունավետ գաղափարներ ներկայացնել: «Ես ցանկանում եմ խնդրել իմ գործընկերներին զերծ մնալ այս նախագծի վերաբերյալ նման գնահատականներից: Մի օգտագործեք այս նախագիծը քաղաքական նպատակներով: Հասկանում եմ, որ նախընտրական շրջան է, բայց գոնե մեկ անգամ փորձեք իջնել ամենաազնիվի ձեր պատվանդանից: Ես կարծում եմ, որ այս նախագծի քննարկման ընթացքում պետք է բոլորն ունենան ազգին գաղափարի շուրջ համախմբելու ցանկություն»,- ասաց Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը:

Եզրափակելով խոսքը՝ ԱԺ փոխնախագահը կարծիք հայտնեց, որ հետագայում օրենքը պետք է տարածվի ապրիլյան պատերազմի ընթացքում զոհված և վիրավորված զինծառայողների ընտանիքների վրա, ինչպես նաև մյուս զոհերի և տուժածների ընտանիքների վրա, ովքեր ունեն դրա կարիքը:
