 ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահ ընտրված Դոնալդ Թրամփը հունվարին կայանալիք պաշտոնակալությունից հետո կարող Է վերականգնել սեպտեմբերին ձեռք բերված համաձայնությունները Սիրիայում ահաբեկիչների դեմ Ռուսաստանի հետ համատեղ ավիահարվածների եւ Համատեղ գործադիր կենտրոնի ստեղծման շուրջը: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է Արմենպրեսը,  նոյեմբերի 15-ին այս մասին հայտնել Է The Washington Times թերթը՝ վկայակոչելով Պենտագոնի եւ Պետդեպարտամենտի աղբյուրներ:

Զինծառայողները եւ դիվանագետները հրատարակությանը պատմել են, որ պատրաստ են հետեւելու գործարարի քաղաքական ուղեգծին, բայց ընդգծել են, որ, ամենայն հավանականությամբ.
