Այսօր «ՆԱՍԴԱՔ ՕԷՄԷՔՍ Արմենիա» ԲԲԸ ֆոնդային բորսայում տեղի ունեցած մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ հայտարարվեց «Գլոբալ Կրեդիտ» ունիվերսալ վարկային կազմակերպություն ՓԲԸ անվանական արժեկտրոնային պարտատոմսերի հերթական թողարկման մասին: «ՆԱՍԴԱՔ ՕԷՄԷՔՍ Արմենիա»-ի գլխավոր տնօրենի տեղակալ Կարեն Զաքարյանն ասաց՝ ներդրողները հետաքրքրված են և ձեռք են բերում պարտատոմսեր, որոնք ակտիվ շրջանառության են դրվում երկրորդային շուկայում:

Ընկերության տնօրեն Լուիզա Իգրարյանն իր խոսքում նշեց, որ այս կերպ իրենք հնարավորություն են ընձեռում իրականացնել փոխշահավետ ներդրում և առավել արդյունավետ տեղաբաշխել ֆինանսական միջոցները:  «Ուզում եմ ձեզ տեղեկացնել, որ սա մեր երկրորդ թողարկումն է: Մենք ակնկալում ենք քաղաքացիների ավելի շատ ներգրավվածություն, քանի որ սա մի գործիք է, որը թույլ կտա ստանալ եկամուտներ՝ քիչ ռիսկերով։ Տեղեկացնում ենք նաև, որ այսօր մարվել է նախորդ տարի թողարկված դրամային պարտատոմսերի գումարը»,- ասաց Իգրարյանը: 

«Գլոբալ Կրեդիտ»-ի գործադիր տնօրենի տեղակալ Արամ Ղուկասյանը մանրամասնեց, որ պարտատոմսերի թողարկումը կիրականացվի երկու տրանշով. «Առաջին տրանշով կտեղաբաշխվի 10.000 հատ անվանական արժեկտրոնային պարտատոմս՝ 1 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար ընդհանուր ծավալով, մեկ պարտատոմսը՝ 100 ԱՄՆ դոլար անվանական արժեքով և 36 ամիս շրջանառության ժամկետով: Երկրորդ տրանշով կտեղաբաշխվի 20.000 հատ անվանական արժեկտրոնային պարտատոմս՝ 200 մլն դրամ ծավալով, 10 հազար դրամ անվանական արժեքով, 14 տոկոս տարեկան ֆիքսված տոկոսադրույքով և 24 ամիս շրջանառության ժամկետով»,- ներկայացրեց ընկերության գործադիր տնօրենի տեղակալը: 

Իսկ պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխումն իրականացնող «Ռենեսա» ՓԲԸ-ի գործադիր տնօրեն Վաղինակ Սարոյանը ընդգծեց՝ պարտատոմսերի գնման գործընթացը բավական պարզեցվել է: Նա նշեց, որ պարտատոմսերը տեղաբաշխվելու են նոյեմբերի 24-ին՝ ստանդարտ փակ (եվրոպական) մեկանգամյա աճուրդի անցկացման միջոցով:
