Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկը Հայաստանում կիրականացնի ՓՄՁ ոլորտի ֆինանսավորում

Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկը կտրամադրի 50 մլն եվրո վարկ հայկական փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկությունների տարբեր ծրագրեր ֆինանսավորելու նպատակով` հիմնականում գյուղմշակման, գյուղատնտեսության և զբոսաշրջության ոլորտներում: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ԿԲ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի ծառայությունից:

Վարկը կտրամադրվի ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկին, որն այդ միջոցները հասանելի կդարձնի ՓՄՁ-երին` միջնորդ ֆինանսական կազմակերպությունների միջոցով: Վարկը հիմնականում ուղղված կլինի գյուղմշակման և զբոսաշրջության ոլորտներին, որոնք կարևոր դեր են խաղում Հայաստանի տնտեսության զարգացման գործում:

Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի փոխնախագահ Յան Վապավուրին, որը պատասխանատու է Հայաստանում եվրոպական ներդրումայի բանկի վարկավորման համար, նշեց. «Եվրոպական Ներդրումային Բանկի միջոցները, որոնք տրամադրվում են մեր հուսալի գործընկեր ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկին, կբարելավեն հայաստանյան փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկությունների` տեղական արժույթով և բարենպաստ պայմաններով երկարաժամկետ ֆինանսական միջոցների հասանելիությունը: Այն նաև կնպաստի հայկական տնտեսության դիվերսիֆիկացմանը, մասնավոր հատվածի զարգացմանը և դրականորեն կազդի երկրում աշխատատեղերի ստեղ ծման վրա»:

ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահ Արթուր Ջավադյանը նշեց. «Վստահ եմ, որ այս վարկն իր արդյունավետությամբ կամրապնդի նախորդ վարկի հաջողությունը Հայաստանում փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկությունների ֆինանսական հասանելիության բարձրացման գործում»:

Այս վարկով Եվրոպական Ներդրումային Բանկը և ՀՀ Կենտրոնական բանկը շարունակում են իրենց հաջող համագործակցությունը հայաստանյան փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկություններին աջակցելու ծրագրի շրջանակներում: Փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկությունների համար նախատեսված նախորդ 50 մլն եվրո վարկը, որը տրամադրվել է 2014 թվականին, ամբողջությամբ տեղաբաշխվել և մինչև այսօր այս միջոցներով ֆինանսավորվել են ավելի քան 100 նախագծեր, մասնավորապես տուրիզմի և ագրո-սննդի ոլորտներում: Տրամադրված վարկի շրջանակներում մասնակից ֆինանսական միջնորդները, ինչպես նաև մանր և միջին ձեռնարկու թյունները նաև հնարավորություն են ունեցել օգտվել Արևելյան Գործընկերության Տեխնիկական Աջակցության Թրասթ Ֆոնդի (EPTAFT) կողմից ֆինանսավորվող տեխնիկական աջակցությունից:
