ՀՀ վարչապետն ընդունել է Իրանի էկոնոմիկայի և ֆինանսների փոխնախարար, գլխավոր մաքսատան պետ Մասուդ Քարբասիանին

ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը նոյեմբերի 18-ին ընդունել է Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության էկոնոմիկայի և ֆինանսների փոխնախարար, գլխավոր մաքսատան պետ Մասուդ Քարբասիանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

«Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ոչ միայն բարեկամ երկիր է, այլ նաև կարևոր գործընկերներից է, և մեր միջև քաղաքական երկխոսությունը գտնվում է բարձր մակարդակի վրա: Բայց մեր տնտեսական հարաբերություններն ավելի ընդլայնելու և զարգացնելու ներուժ ունենք: Երկու երկրների մաքսային կառույցների ներդաշնակ աշխատանքը ևս կնպաստի առևտրատնտեսական կապերի զարգացմանը», - ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ նշել է Կարեն Կարապետյանը: Վարչապետը տեղեկացրել է, որ այսօր կառավարության նիստում հանձնարարել է համապատասխան գերատեսչությունների ն՝ աշխատանքային խումբ ձևավորել և իրանական կողմի հետ աշխատել ՀՀ-ից ԻԻՀ հայկական արտադրանքի, մասնավորապես, սննդամթերքի և գյուղմթերքի արտահանման խթանման հարցի շուրջ, ինչպես նաև գործարարների հետ քննարկել Իրանի սահմանակից տարածքում ազատ տնտեսական գոտի հիմնելու հեռանկարները: Կառավարության ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ դա փոխշահավետ հնարավորություն է երկու երկրների գործարարների համար, և պետք է նպատակուղղված աշխատել այն իրացնելու ուղղությամբ:

Իրանի գլխավոր մաքսատան պետը շնորհավորել է Կարեն Կարապետյանին ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնում նշանակվելու կապակցությամբ, մաղթել հաջողություններ: Ներկայացնելով ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ նախագահ Վարդան Հարությունյանի հետ  աշխատանքային բանակցությունների արդյունքները փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող հարցերի շուրջ՝ Մասուդ Քարբասիանը նշել է, որ ձեռք են բերվել մի շարք պայմանավորվածություններ: Մասնավորապես, ստորագրվել է Փոխըմբռնման հուշագիր՝ մաքսային վարչարարության բնագավառում համագործակցության վերաբերյալ, երկուստեք կարևորվել են էլեկտրոնային եղանակով անհրաժեշտ տեղեկատվության փոխանակումն ու ՀՀ և ԻԻՀ քաղաքացիներին բավարար չափով մաքսային ընթացակարգերի մասին իրազեկումը, երկու երկրներում գործող ազատ տնտեսական գոտիների միջև փորձի փոխանակումն ու համագործակցությունը: «Մենք կարող ենք ազատ տնտեսական գոտու միջոցով համագործակցություն ծավալել դեպի Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության շուկա: Որպես կապող կամուրջ՝ Հայաստանը կարող է որոշիչ դերակատարություն ստանձնել այս ոլորտում, ինչն իր հերթին կարող է նպաստել համատեղ ներդրումային ծրագրերի իրականացմանը», - ասել է Մասուդ Քարբասիանը: Ի պատ ասխան վարչապետ Կարապետյանն ընդգծել է, որ Հայաստանը պատրաստ է ձևավորել համապատասխան հարթակ դեպի ԵԱՏՄ շուկա: Կառավարության ղեկավարը նաև ողջունել է երկու երկրների մաքսատների վարչարարության պայմանների բարելավմանը և միմյանց երկիր մուտք գործելու համար ընթացակարգերի դյուրացմանն ուղղված համատեղ քայլերը:

Զրուցակիցները քննարկել են երկկողմ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող մի շարք այլ հարցեր ևս, որոնք վերաբերում էին տրանսպորտային և տարանցման  ենթակառուցվածքների  ոլորտում գործակցության զարգացմանը:
