 ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը նոյեմբերի 18-ին ընդունել է Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի փոխնախագահ Յան Վապավուորիին: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Հանրապետության Նախագահը բարձր է գնահատել Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի հետ Հայաստանի համագործակցությունը, որը նրա գնահատմամբ, աչքի է ընկնում աճող ակտիվությամբ և արդյունավետությամբ: «Բանկը ֆինանսավորում է Հայաստանի տնտեսական աճին նպաստող ռազմավարական նշանակության ինչպես ենթակառուցվածքային, այնպես էլ փոքր ու միջին բիզնեսին աջակցող ծրագրեր: Այս առումով Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկին մենք համարում ենք մեզ համար ռազմավարական գործընկեր»,-ասել է Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը:

Նախագահ Սարգսյանը կարևորել է Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի ղեկավարության հետ պարբերական դարձած հանդիպումները, որոնք, նրա համոզմամբ, օգնում են նոր ծրագրերի կազմմանն ու դրանց արդյունավետ իրականացմանը:

Բանկի փոխնախագահ Յան Վապավուորին շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը՝ Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի հետ շատ լավ համագործակցության համար, որը, ըստ նրա, չնայած երկար պատմություն չունի՝ առաջին համաձայնագիրը կնքվել է 2007 թ., իսկ առաջին վարկավորման ծրագիրը՝ իրականացվել 2010 թ-ին, այնուամենայնիվ, բավականին ծավալուն աշխատանք է իրականացվել: «Մենք հատկապես ուրախ ենք ու բավարարված ստորագրված ծրագրերի բարձր մակարդակի իրագործմամբ: Մենք տեսնում ենք, որ դուք ունեք շատ արդյունավետ վարչարարական մեխանիզմներ, որոնց շնորհիվ կարողա նում եք արդյունավետորեն իրականացնել այդ բոլոր ծրագրերը»,-ՀՀ Նախագահի հետ հանդիպմանն ասել է Յան Վապավուորին: Նա գոհունակությամբ է խոսել նաև այսօր ՀՀ ԿԲ-ի հետ ստորագրված ՓՄՁ ֆինանսավորման ծրագրի երկրորդ փուլի պայմանագրի մասին, որի հիմնական շահառուները հայաստանյան փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկություններն են:

Նախագահը երախտագիտություն է հայտնել Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկին՝ մեր երկրի համար կարևոր ենթակառուցվածքային ծրագրերից մեկի՝ «ՀՀ պետական սահմանի «Բագրատաշեն», «Բավրա» և «Գոգավան» անցման կետերի արդիականացում» ծրագրին աջակցության համար:

ՀՀ Նախագահը և Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի փոխնախագահը քննարկել են բանկի հետ Հայաստանի հետագա համագործակցության զարգացմանը վերաբերող հարցեր:
