Նախարարը ԵՆԲ-ին առաջարկել է ծրագրեր իրականացնել ՀՀ մարզերի տրանսպորտային, ջրային ցանցերի զարգացման ուղղությամբ

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարար Դավիթ Լոքյանը նոյեմբերի 19-ին ընդունել է Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի (ԵՆԲ) փոխնախագահ Յան Վապավուրիի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը:

Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից, ողջունելով հյուրերին` նախարարը  բարձր է գնահատել տարբեր ոլորտներում ԵՆԲ-ի համաֆինանսավորմամբ իրականացված ու դեռևս ընթացքի մեջ գտնվող ծրագրերը: Դավիթ Լոքյանն ընդգծել է ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության պատրաստակամությունը համագործակցել ԵՆԲ-ի հետ տարբեր ուղղություններով: Որպես հնարավոր համագործակցության ուղղություններ՝ նախարարն առաջարկել է ՀՀ մարզերի տրանսպորտային, ճանապարհային, ջրային ենթակառուցվա ծքների զարգացման և այլ ուղղություններով համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացումը: 

Յան Վապավուրին շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ջերմ ընդունելության համար և գոհունակությամբ խոսել ԵՆԲ-ի կողմից մեր երկրում իրականացված ծրագրերի մասին: Նա նշել է, որ ԵՆԲ բավարարված է արդեն հաստատված ծրագրերի իրականացման որակով, ուստի համատեղ արդյունավետ փորձը, Յան Վապավուրիի խոսքով, ամուր հիմք է ստեղծում հետագա համագործակցությունը շարունակելու համար: Վապավուրին հետաքրքրվել է նախարարից Դպրոցների սեյսմիկ անվտանգության բարելավման ծրագրի մանրամասներով, ինչպես նաև խնդրել է ներկայացնել հետագա համագործակցության առաջնահերթությունները: 

Նախարարը տեղեկացրել է, որ Դպրոցների սեյսմիկ անվտանգության բարելավման ծրագիրը գրանցել է որոշակի առաջընթաց. 7 դպրոցներում արդեն իսկ մեկնարկել են նախագծաշինարարական աշխատանքները: Ծրագրի ամբողջական հաջող իրականացման համար Դավիթ Լոքյանը կարևորել է ԵՆԲ օժանդակությունը:

Որպես ոչ պակաս կարևոր համագործակցության ուղղություն` նախարար Լոքյանը նշել է համայնքային զարգացման ծրագրերի ֆինանսավորումը: Նախարարը հյուրերին է ներկայացրել վարչատարածքային բարեփոխումների (համայնքների խոշորացման) ընթացիկ վիճակը: Նորաստեղծ կլաստերներում համայնքային նշանակության հանրային խնդիրներին անհրաժեշտ մակարդակով լուծում տալու տեսանկյունից նախարարը կարևորել է համայնքային ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացմանն ուղղված ԵՆԲ-ի աջակցությունը: Այդ համատեքստում Դավիթ Լոքյանն ընդգծել է բևեռային քաղաքների զարգացումը և վարկային ռեսուրսների ներգրավումը հենց այդ ուղղություններով:

ԵՆԲ փոխնախագահ Յան Վապավուրին վստահեցրել է, որ ներկայացված խնդիրները կդիտարկվեն և հնարավորության դեպքում կընդգրկվեն հետագա համատեղ ծրագրերի մեջ:
