Արցախի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը նոյեմբերի 19-ին այցելել է Մարտունի քաղաք և տեղի մշակույթի տանը մասնակցել շրջանի բազմազավակ ավելի քան 30 ընտանիքների համար կազմակերպված բարեգործական միջոցառմանը, տեղեկացնում է ԼՂՀ կառավարության մամուլի ծառայությունը:

Ռուսաստանաբնակ բարերար Համլետ Վաչենանցի նախաձեռնությամբ՝ Մարտունու շրջանի  բազմազավակ ու կարիքավոր ավելի քան 30 ընտանիքների, որպես աջակցություն, ըստ առաջնահերթության, տրամադրվել է հագուստ, կահույք, կենցաղային տեխնիկա և այլ անհրաժեշտ ապրանքներ: 

Ծրագրին իրենց մասնակցությունն են ունեցել նաև բարերարներ Օնիկ Էվրիկյանը, Սեմիոն Դավիդովը և Գագիկ Այվազյանը: Նրանք հատուկ ժամանել են Արցախ՝ մեկ հարկի տակ այդ ընտանիքների հետ ծանոթանալու և իրենց զորակցությունը հայտնելու համար:

Ողջունելով բարերարներին՝ Արցախի կառավարության ղեկավարը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել նրանց կարևոր նախաձեռնության համար և նշել, որ սոցիալական խնդիրները հաղթահարելու ճանապարհին նման աջակցությունները մեծ նշանակություն ունեն ինչպես բնակչության, այնպես էլ կառավարության համար:

 

«Ժողովրդագրական աճի ապահովումը կառավարության ռազմավարական առաջնահերթություններից է: Այդ ճանապարհին բազմազավակ և կարիքավոր ընտանիքների համար մենք իրագործում ենք բազմաթիվ պետական ծրագրեր, սակայն հատկապես բազմազավակ ընտանիքներում սոցիալական խնդիրների լուծման համար միայն պետական միջոցները բավարար չեն: Ուստի, շատ ուրախալի է, երբ պետության հետ միասին այդ ընտանիքների կողքին կանգնում են նաև հայրենիքից դուրս ապրող մեր հայրենակիցները»,- ասել է վարչապետը և հույս հայտնել, որ օրինակը վարակիչ կլինի ուրիշների համար:

Իր ելույթում Ա. Հարությունյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել նաև միջոցառմանը ներկա ռուսաստանաբնակ բարերար Կարեն Ղազարյանին՝ պետական կարևորագույն մի շարք ծրագրերին զգալի աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու համար, և հայրենիքին մատուցած ծառայությունների համար նրան պարգևատրել է վարչապետի հուշամեդալով:

Բարերարներին իր երախտիքի խոսքն է ասել նաև Մարտունու շրջանի վարչակազմի ղեկավար Կարեն Թովմասյանը և, շրջանի վարչակազմի անունից, նրանց հանձնել շնորհակալագրեր:

Իրենց հերթին բարերաները շնորհակալություն են հայտնել ջերմ ընդունելության և գնահատանքի համար և նշել, որ իրենց կողմից Արցախին աջակցության ծրագրերը շարունակական են լինելու:
