ՀՀ գյուղնախարարն ընդունել է Գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման միջազգային հիմնադրամի պատվիրակությանը

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանն այսօր ընդունել է Գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման միջազգային հիմնադրամի (IFAD) պատվիրակությանը, որը Հայաստան է ժամանել «Ենթակառուցվածքների և գյուղական ֆինանսավորման աջակցության ծրագրի» (ԵԳՖԱԾ) վերահսկողության առաքելությամբ: Պատվիրակությունը գլխավորում էր Հյուսիսային Աֆրիկայի և Եվրոպայի ստորաբաժանման հայաստանյան ծրագրի ղեկավար Ռամի Սալմանը: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Հանդիպման սկզբում Ռամի Սալմանը ներկայացրել է ԵԳՖԱ ծրագրի ընթացքը, որի նպատակն է բարելավել ընտրված գյուղական տարածքների բնակչության սոցիալ-տնտեսական վիճակը: Պատվիրակության ղեկավարը գոհունակությամբ նշել է, որ չնայած ծրագրի մեկնարկից դեռևս շատ քիչ ժամանակ է անցել, այն կարելի համարել հաջողված:

Ընդգծելով, որ հիմնադրամը պատրաստ է ընդլայնել համագործակցությունը ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության հետ և մշակել ու Հայաստանում իրականացնել նոր ծրագրեր` Ռամի Սալմանը միաժամանակ նշել է, որ արդյունավետության ապահովման համար դրանք պետք է համահունչ լինեն գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի ներկայիս առաջնահերթություններին և գերակա խնդիրներին:

Այս համատեքստում նախարարը մասնավորապես կարևորել է ինտենսիվ այգիների հիմնման, ջերմոցային տնտեսությունների զարգացման, անասնաբուժական կենտրոնների վերազինման և մասնագետների վերապատրաստման խնդիրները:

Ընդգծելով երկրում ջրային ռեսուրսների կառավարման և արդյունավետ օգտագործման անհրաժեշտությունը` Իգնատի Առաքելյանն արդիական է համարել ձկնաբուծության ոլորտում ջրի խնայողատար ռեժիմով նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաների և ոռոգման բնագավառում` կաթիլային համակարգերի ներդրումը:

Զրույցի ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև առաջիկա ծրագրերում գյուղացիներին մատչելի տոկոսադրույքով վարկերի տրամադրման և դրամաշնորհների ներգրավման հնարավորության հարցին:

Հանդիպման ավարտին պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել առաջիկայում կազմել և հիմնադրամին ներկայացնել հետագա համագործակցության առաջնային ուղղությունների ցանկը, որը որպես բաղադրիչ կընդգրկվի նոր ծրագրում:
