Պետության կողմից երաշխավորված անվճար բժշկական օգնության և սպասարկման շրջանակներում բնակչության սոցիալապես անապահով և հատուկ խմբերում ընգրկված քաղաքացիների դժվարամատչելի ախտորոշիչ հետազոտությունների, այսինքն համակարգչային, մագնիսառեզոնանսային շերտագրում և այլն, իրականացման համար ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը լրացուցիչ համաձայնագրեր է կնքել: Վերջին օրերին մամուլում այս թեմայի շուրջ բավական իրարամերժ հրապարակումներ եղան, ուստի ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի խորհրդական Սաթենիկ Մկրտչյանից փորձեցինք որոշ մանրամասներ իմանալ այդ գործըթնացի վերաբերյալ:

Նրա խոսքով՝ 2016թ. հոկտեմբերին 25 բժշկական կազմակերպության հետ լրացուցիչ համաձայնագրեր է կնքել` ընդհանուր 134 մլն դրամի չափով։

- Այսպիսով «դժվարամատչելի ախտորոշիչ հետազոտություններ» բժշկական օգնության և սպասարկման հիմնական ծառայությունների գները վերանայվել են` նվազելով միջինում 30%-ով: Այս գները համապատասխանեցվելով ազատ շուկայական գնագոյացման արդյունքում ձևավորվող գներին: Այս հանգամանքը թույլ կտա պետական բյուջեի սահմանափակ միջոցների հաշվին ավելի մեծ թվով շահառուներ սպասարկել, - Times.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է Սաթենիկ Մկրտչյանը։

- Վերջերս առանձին լրատվամիջոցներում շրջանառվեց տեղեկությունը, թե «Վարդանանց» բժշկական կենտրոնը, որի հիմնադիրը առողջապահության նախարար Լևոն Ալթունյանն է, այս ծրագրի շրջանակներում կստանա 24 մլն ՀՀ դրամ:

- Այն 25 կազմակերպությունների թվում, որոնք պետք է նոր պայմաններով իրականացնեն դժվարամատչելի ախտորոշիչ հետազոտությունները, նաև «Վարդանանց» բժշկական կենտրոնն է: Նկատենք, որ այս կենտրոնի հետ 2016թ-ին կնքվել է 24 մլն ՀՀ դրամի նախնական պայմանագիր, սակայն, դժվարամատչելի ախտորոշիչ հետազոտությունների իրականացման գումարը նվազել է 20 մլն ՀՀ դրամով՝ հաշվի առնելով բժշկական կետրոնի հնարավորություններն ու թողունակությունը: Այս պահին այդ թիվը կազմում է 4 մլն. ՀՀ դրամ: Համեմատության համար նշեմ, որ նույն ծրագրով 2015 թվականի ֆինանսավորումը կազմել է 11.9 մլն. ՀՀ դրամ:
