Հայաստան ԵՄ շրջանակային համաձայնգրի շուրջ բանակցությունները բավական հաջող են ընթանում: Բանակցությունների հաջորդ շրջափուլը կլինի դեկտեմբերին: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նշեց ՀՀ-ում Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան ՄաթիասՔիսլերը:

«Բանակցությունների ամառային փոքր-ինչ պասիվ փուլից հետո նկատվում է ակտիվ առաջընթաց: Թե երբ կստորագվի, չեմ կարող ասել, սակայն հայկական կողմից կա ազդանշան այն մասին, որ համաձայնագիրը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, կստորագրվի հաջորդ տարվա գարնանը: Առհասարակ այն փաստը, որ կնքվելու է այդպիսի համաձայնագիր, արդեն իսկ հաջողություն է: Դա Հայաստանի կողմից ազդակ է Եվրոպային, որ ցանկանում է գնալ արդիականացման, բարեփոխումների ճանապարհով, և որ այդ ճանապարհին ԵՄ-ն կարևոր գործընկեր է: Ես համոզված եմ, որ ԵՄ-ն, ինչպես նաև առանձին անդամ պետություններն ավելի շահագրգիռ են նոր ազդակներ հաղորդելու այս համագործակցությանը, այս կնքվելիք համաձայնագրին»,-  Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ, ասաց դեսպանը: Նա ընդգծեց, որ հենց այսպիսի լուրերը կարող են խթանել Հայաստանի նկատմամբ հետաքրքրություն ունեցող եվրոպացի գործարարներին` այստեղ իրականացնելու սեփական տնտեսական ծրագրերը:

Ինչ վերաբերում է ԵՄ-ի հետ վիզայի ռեժիմի ազատականացմանը, ապա դեսպանը նշեց, որ ընդունում է Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների ցանկությունն առանց ընթացակարգերի դեպի Եվրոպա ճամփորդելու հետ կապված, սակայն դեռ պարզ չէ, թե երբ կմեկնարկի երկխոսությունն ԵՄ-ի հետ:

«Որպես խորհուրդ, հենվելով մինչ այս եղած փորձի վրա, կարող եմ ասել, որ գոյություն ունեն որոշ նախապայմաններ վիզային ռեժիմի դյուրացման ընթացակարգերի համար: Այսինքն` նախքան վիզայի դյուրացման վերաբերյալ պաշտոնապես երկխոսության մեջ մտնելը տվյալ երկիրը կարող է իրականացնել որոշակի քայլեր: Դա կհեշտացնի դեպի պաշտոնական ճանապարհին անցնելու գործընթացը»,-հավելեց նա:

Դեսպանն անդրադարձավ նաև լրագրողների` Կասպշիկի գրասենյակի հնարավորությունների ընդլայնմանը, հետաքննող մեխանիզմների ներդրմանը վերաբերող հարցին:

«Թեման կարևոր է ոչ միայն ԵԱՀԿ գերմանական նախագահության, այլև անձամբ Շտայնմայերի համար: Գերմանիայի նախագահությունը մնացյալ ժամանակը կօգտագործի այս հարցում լիարժեք լուծումներ գտնելու ուղղությամբ»,-ասաց նա:
