Իտալական Corriere հեռուստաընկերությունը նոր մանրամասներ է ներկայացրել Իտալիայում Ադրբեջանի խավիարային դիվանագիտության շուրջ բռնկված սկանդալի վերաբերյալ լրագրողական հետաքննությունից:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է Արմենպրեսը, տեսանյութում ներկայացվում է պատմությունն այն մասին, թե ինչպես իտալացի նախկին պատգամավոր Լուկա Վոլոնտեն մի քանի միլիոն եվրո է վերցրել ադրբեջանցիներից նրանց համար Եվրախորհրդի Խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովում քաղաքական հենարան ստեղծելու նպատակով: 2013 թվականին Վոլոնտեն պետք է ձայներ ուղղեր ադրբեջանցի կալանավորների վերաբերյալ ներկայացվող զեկույցի դեմ, որի հեղինակը պատգամավոր Քրիստոֆ Շտրասերն էր:

Շտրասերը լրագրողական հետաքննության արդյունքներով պատրաստված ծրագրում պատմում է, թե ինչպես է պաշտոնական Բաքուն հրաժարվել մուտքի վիզա տրամադրել իրեն: «Ադրբեջանն ինձ մուտքի վիզա չտվեց: Դա առաջին անգամն էր, որ պատգամավորը, ով գնում էր նման հանձնարարությամբ, չստացավ մուտքի արտոնագիր»,- պատմել է նա:

Տեսանյութում Skype-ի միջոցով խոսում է ադրբեջանցի նախկին քաղբանտարկյալ, երկրի իշխանությունների կողմից հալածանքների ենթարկված Խադիջա Իսմայիլովան, ով պատմում է, որ բանտերում կա շուրջ 100 ընդդիմադիր և լրագրող:

Հաղորդման շրջանակներում իտալացի լրագրողներն այցելել են Հայաստան և խոսել են ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Նաիրա Կարապետյանի հետ: Նա պատմել է ԵԽԽՎ-ում ունեցած փորձառության մասին` ասելով. «Մարդիկ եկան, ում առաջին անգամ էի տեսնում: Նրանք անգամ չգիտեին, թե ոնց սեղմել կոճակը: Դրանից հետո մենք նրանց այլևս երբեք չտեսանք»:

«Եվրոպական կայունության նախաձեռնություն» կենտրոնի նախագահ Գերալդ Կնաուսը, ով «Խավիարային դիվանագիտություն. ինչպես Ադրբեջանը լռեցրեց Եվրոպայի խորհրդին» զեկույցի հեղինակն է, պատմում է. «Երեք տարի առաջ, երբ կալանավորվում էին ադրբեջանցի լրագրողներ, ԵԽ-ն միշտ դրական էր արտահայտվում Ադրբեջանի մասին, և դա կասկածի տեղիք տվեց: ԵԽ շատ աշխատակիցներ պատմել են, թե ինչպես պատվիրակություններին, որոնք գնում են Ադրբեջան, սկզբում հրամցնում են մարմնավաճառներ, դրանց հետևում են գումարներն ու նվերները, գորգերը, ապա հայտնի խավիարը»:
