ԵԱՏՄ-ն այլ երկրների հետ համագործակցությունում հաշվի է առնում կեղծ ապրանքների շրջանառության դեմ պայքարի անհրաժեշտությունը

 Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունն այլ երկրների հետ տնտեսական համագործակցության վերաբերյալ համաձայնագրերում ամրագրում է ապրանքների ապօրինի շրջանառությանը հակազդելու մեխանիզմներ: «Անտիկոնտրաֆակտ 2016» համաժողովի շրջանակներում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի կոլեգիայի անդամ, առևտրի հարցերով նախարար Վերոնիկա Նիկիշինան: «Մենք արդեն ազատ առևտրի համաձայնագիր ունենք և համապատասխան նորմեր ենք ամրագրել համաձայնագրի մեջ: Մենք ցանկանում ենք լսել գործարարների կարծիքները, որքանով են այդ նորմերն աշխատում և արդյոք բավարար են ապրանքների ապօրինի շրջանառության դեմ պայքարելու համար»,- Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Նիկիշինան:

Նա հավելեց, որ այդ պրակտիկան կտարածվի նաև այլ համաձայնագրերի վրա, որպեսզի դրանք համարվեն  միության գործընկեր պետությունների միջազգային պարտավորություն՝ ապրանքների ապօրինի շրջանառությանը հակազդելու և նման դեպքերի համար պատասխանատվություն սահմանելու առումով: «Դրա համար մենք ելնում ենք նրանից, որ յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքակիրթ պայմանավորվածություն մեր գործընկերները դիտարկեն որպես միջազգային պարտավորություն: Մենք այդ ուղղությամբ աշխատում ենք»,- ասաց Վերոնիկա Նիկիշինան:

Նա անդրադարձավ նաև դիտարկմանը, թե կեղծ ապրանքների շրջանառությամբ առավելապես հայտնի է Չինաստանը, որի հետ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունը առևտրատնտեսական համագործակցության համաձայնագրի վերաբերյալ բանակցություններ է սկսել: Նախարարը նշեց, որ իրենք պատրաստվում են համաձայնագրում ներառել համապատասխան նորմեր, որոնք կհակազդեն կեղծ ապրանքների շրջանառությանը: Նրա խոսքով՝ այդ ուղղությամբ բանակցություններն ընթանում են, իսկ թե ինչպիսին կլինեն արդյունքները, ցույց կտա ժամանակը:

Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի կոլեգիայի անդամ, ֆինանսական հարցերով նախարար Տիմուր Սուլեյմանովն էլ անդրադարձավ հարցին՝ որքանո՞վ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության մաքսային օրենսգիրքը կնպաստի միության տարածքում ապրանքների ապօրինի շրջանառության դեմ արդյունավետ պայքար մղելու գործընթացին: Նա ընդգծեց, որ Մաքսային օրենսգիրքը ենթադրում է, որ միության անդամ երկրները կունենան ապրանքների միասնական ցանկ, որոնք պետք է պաշտպանված լինեն: «Այդ առումով, իհարկե, կարծում ենք, որ Մաքսային օրենսգիրքը առաջադեմ փաստաթուղթ է, և մեծապես կնպաստի ապրանքների ապօրինի շրջանառության կրճատմանը»,- ասաց Սուլեյմանովը:
