 ՀՀ ԳՆ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության պետ Իշխան Կարապետյանը նոյեմբերի 23-ին ընդունել է Համաշխարհային բանկի ներկայացուցիչներին: Այս մասին  տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ ԳՆ ՍԱՊԾ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Ծառայության պետը բարձր է գնահատել Համաշխարհային բանկի աջակցությամբ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության ոլորտում իրականացված ծրագրերը և համոզմունք հայտնել, որ կառուցողական և արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը կշարունակվի՝ ամրագրելով նոր որակ: Միաժամանակ, կարևորելով սպառողներին անվտանգ և որակյալ սննդով ապահովելու անհրաժեշտությունը, պատրաստամակություն է հայտնել գործակցել ոլորտում շահագրգիռ կառույցների՝ մասնավորապես ՀԲ-ի հետ: Հանդիպման ընթացքում խոսվել է ՀԲ-ի երկու՝ Համայնքների գյուղատնտեսական ռեսուրսների կառավարում և մրցունակություն 2 (C ARMAC 2) և Ինստիտուցիոնալ զարգացման հիմնադրամի ծրագրերի շրջանակներում կատարված աշխատանքների մասին: Բանկի գյուղատնտեսության ավագ մասնագետ Արուսյակ Ալավերդյանը ներկայացրել է մեր երկրում հաջողությամբ իրականացված մի շարք աշխատանքներ՝ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության կարողությունների զարգացման ծրագիրը, ՍԱՊԾ տեսուչների դասընթացները, թռչնագրիպի հակազդման ծրագիրը՝ պատրաստակամություն հայտնելով շարունակել դրանք և հասնել ավելի մեծ արդյունքի: Համայնքների գյուղատնտեսական ռեսուրսների կառավարման և մրցունակության երկրորդ ծրագրի ղեկավար Բեկզոտ Շա մսիևը ներկայացրել է թե մինչև հիմա արձանագրված ձեռքբերումները, թե այն մարտահրավերները, որոնք դեռ լուծում են պահանջում: Նա նաև ընդգծել է Համաշխարհային բանկի շահագրգռվածությունը համագործակցությունը շարունակելու և ընդլայնելու, ինչպես նաև այլ երկրների՝ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության ոլորտում հաջողված փորձը կիսելու հարցերում:

Ծառայության ղեկավարը նախանշել է համագործակցության հնարավոր ուղղությունները՝ խոսելով մի շարք գործընթացներ թվայնացնելու անհրաժեշտության, լաբորատոր կարողությունների հզորացման՝ տեխնիկական աջակցության և Ծառայութան կազմում գտնվող լաբորատորիայի միջազգային հավատարմագրման  մասին՝ ակնկալելով այս հարցերում միջազգային կառույցների աջակցությունը: Քննարկվել է նաև հետագա համատեղ աշխատանքի ձևաչափը, մասնավորապես՝ կարծիքներ են փոխանակվել առաջնահերթությունները սահմանելու և սննդամթերքի անվտանգության ռազմավարությունը վերանայելու վերաբ երյալ:
