ՀՀ ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արտակ Զաքարյանը նոյեմբերի 23-ին Մեքսիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգներ կատարած այցի շրջանակում հանդիպել է Մեքսիկայի Սենատի արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Գաբրիելա Կուեւաս Բառոնի, Սենատի Ասիայի տարածաշրջանի արտաքին հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Տեոֆիլո Տոռես Կորսոյի եւ երկու հանձնաժողովների սենատորների հետ: Այս մասին  տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ ԱԺ հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Սենատի երկու հանձնաժողովների նախագահներն իրենց ելույթներում ընդգծել են, որ երկկողմ միջխորհրդարանական հարաբերություններում հայկական կողմից այս այցն առաջինն է: Կարեւորվել է երկխոսության ակտիվացման ու պարբերական շփումների անհրաժեշտությունը:

Սենատորների խնդրանքով Արտակ Զաքարյանը հանգամանալից ներկայացրել է ՀՀ ներքին եւ տարածաշրջանային զարգացումները, Հայաստանի հարաբերական առավելություններն առեւտրատնտեսական համատեղ գործունեություն ծավալելու եւ ներդրումներ խրախուսելու գործում, ինչպես նաեւ անդրադարձել է ԼՂ հիմնահարցի ներկա փուլի առանձնահատկություններին` ընդգծելով միջազգային կառույցների եւ առանձին պետությունների կողմից անաչառ եւ հավասարակշռված դիրքորոշման անհրաժեշտությունը` տարածաշրջանում կայունության եւ անվտանգության միջավայրի ապահովման համար:

Այնուհետեւ պատասխանելով սենատորների հարցերին` Արտակ Զաքարյանը ներկայացրել է Հայաստանում իրականացվող բարեփոխումները, նոր Սահմանադրության ընդունման, Հայաստան-Սփյուռք գործակցության, Հայոց ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչման, ինչպես նաեւ Ադրբեջանի կողմից վարվող հայատյաց քաղաքականության առանձնահատկությունները: Մեքսիկացի սենատորները պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել նպաստելու միջպետական հարաբերությունների խորացմանը` կարեւորելով տարբեր ոլորտներին առնչվող իրավապայմանագրային դաշտի ձեւավորումը, փոխայցերը եւ համագործակցության զարգացումը:

Հանդիպման ավարտին Արտակ Զաքարյանը հարցազրույց է տվել Մեքսիկայի Կոնգրեսի հեռուստաալիքին: Սենատում տեղի ունեցած հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են նաեւ առաջատար մի շարք լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիչներ:

Նույն օրը կայացել է նաեւ Արտակ Զաքարյանի հանդիպումը Մեքսիկայի արտաքին հարաբերությունների քարտուղար (ԱԳ նախարար) Կլաուդիա Ռուիս Մասյեի հետ: Զրույցի ընթացքում Կլաուդիա Ռուիս Մասյեն կարեւորել է բարեկամ Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների խորացումը եւ ամրապնդումը` առանձնացնելով միջխորհրդարանական դիվանագիտությունը միջպետական հարաբերությունների զարգացման եւ երկու ժողովուրդների մերձեցման գործում: Զրուցակիցները մանրամասն անդրադարձել են Հայաստան-Մեքսիկա օրակարգային հարցերին: Երկուստեք կարեւորվել է քաղաքական շարունակական երկխոսության, առեւտրատնտեսական եւ մշակութային համագործակցության ներուժի իրացման անհրաժեշտությունը: ՀՀ ԱԺ հանձնաժողովի նախագահը ներկայացրել է տարածաշրջանային զարգացումները, ԼՂ հիմնահարցի ներկա ընթացքը, Հայաստան-ԵՄ, Հայաստան-ԵՏՄ համագործակցության զարգացման դինամիկան: Պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել Հայաստան-Մեքսիկա դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների 25-ամյակի շրջանակում կազմակերպել փոխայցեր:
