Արդարադատության նախարարության ՊՈԱԿ-ների վերակազմակերպման արդյունքում կտնտեսվի 115 մլն դրամ

 Կառավարությունն ընդունեց մի շարք որոշումներ, որոնցով վերանայվեցին որոշ պետական ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպությունների՝ որպես առանձին կազմակերպությունների հետագա գործունեության նպատակահարմարությունը, ինչի արդյունքում առաջարկվում է դրանցից մի քանիսը միացման ձևով վերակազմակերպել: ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանի ներկայացրած որոշմամբ «Իրավախախտում կատարած անձանց վերականգնողական կենտրոն» և «ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության իրավաբանական ինստիտուտ» ՊՈԱԿ-ները միացման ձևով կվերակազմակերպվեն:

«Որոշմամբ առաջարկվում է կենտրոնը միացնել ինստիտուտին՝ վերջինիս վերապահելով կենտրոնի գործառույթները: Բացի այդ, նախագծով նախատեսվում է, որ վերակազմակերպված ՊՈԱԿ-ը հետագայում վերակազմավորվելու է հիմնադրամի: Դա հնարավորություն կտա հետագայում նշված հիմնադրամին միացնել «Աջակցություն դատապարտյալին» հիմնադրամը»,-  Արմենպրեսի փոխանցմամբ, ասաց Հովհաննիսյանը: Նրա խոսքով՝ արդյունքում կնվազեն պետբյուջեի ծախսերը՝ կտնտեսվի մոտ 115 մլն դրամ:

Վերանայվեց նաև ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարության ենթակայության ՊՈԱԿ-ների՝ որպես առանձին կազմակերպությունների հետագա գործունեության նպատակահարմարությունը: Այսպիսով՝ համապատասխան որոշմամբ միացման ձևով կվերակազմակերպվեն «Հայաստանի ազգային գրադարան» և «Հայաստանի ազգային գրապալատ» ՊՈԱԿ-ները, որոնք ստեղծվել են մշակութային, տեղեկատվական, կրթական, հրատարակչական գործի մշակման, պահպանման գործունեություն իրականացնելու նպատակով և իրականացնում են նմանատիպ և նույնաբովանդակ գործառույթներ: «Երաժշտագիտական գրադարան» ՊՈԱԿ-ն առաջարկվում է վերակազմակերպել՝ միացնելով «Կոմիտասի թանգարան-ինստիտուտ» ՊՈԱԿ-ին, քանի որ վերջինս ստեղծվել է հայ մեծանուն երգահան Կոմիտասի կյանքի, գործունեության, ստեղծագործական ժառանգության հավաքման, հետազոտման, պահպանման, հանրահռչակման նպատակով և այնտեղ առկա է տվյալ բնագավառին առնչվող բազմաթիվ և տարատեսակ երաժշտական գրականություն: Կմիացվեն նաև «Հայաստանի ազգային պատկերասրահ» և «Ցուցահանդեսային կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ները, որոնք ստեղծվել են մշակութային, գիտական, կրթական գործունեություն իրականացնելու նպատակով և նրանց գոր ծունեության տեսակները նույնպես համընկնում և կրկնվում են: Որոշմամբ առաջարկվում է նաև «Ագարակ» պատմամշակութային արգելոց» ՊՈԱԿ-ը միացման ձևով վերակազմակերպել «Պատմամշակութային արգելոց թանգարանների և պատմական միջավայրի պահպանության ծառայություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ին՝ ստեղծելով «Ագարակ» պատմամշակութային արգելոց:
