Արդարադատության ակադեմիայի շրջանավարտները ստացան ավարտական դիպլոմներ և աշխատանքի ընդունվելու հրամաններ

Արդարադատության ակադեմիայի 26 շրջանավարտ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիետի նախագահի հրամանով կոմիտեի տարբեր ստորաբաժանումներում աշխատանքի կանցնի։ Նոյեմբերի 24-ին քննչական կոմիտեում տեղի ունեցավ շրջանավարտների դիպլոմների հանձնման արարողությունը։ Դիպլոմների հետ մեկտեղ շրջանավարտները ստացան նաև աշխատանքի ընդունվելու հրամանները։

Շնորհավորելով շրջանավարտներին՝ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Աղվան Հովսեփյանը հատուկ ընդգծեց քննիչի աշխատանքում տեսական և հատկապես գործնական գիտելիքի անփոխարինելի դերը։

«Քննիչն այն պաշտոնատար անձն է, ում գործունեությունը հստակ կանոնակարգված է քրեական դատավարության օրենսդրությամբ, հետևապես ուղղակի անհրաժեշտություն է, որ նա լավագույնս տիրապետի օրենքի պահանջներին և խստորեն հետամուտ լինի դրանց պահպանմանը»,- նշեց  Հովսեփյանը:

Աղվան Հովսեփյանն արձանագրեց, որ արդարադատության իրականացման հիմքում քննիչի աշխատանքն է, ում առջև դրված պահանջը մեկն է՝ յուրաքանչյուր քրեական գործով հնարավորինս պարզել օբյեկտիվ իրականությունը՝ ապահովելով բազմակողմանի և օբյեկտիվ քննության իրականացումը: ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահն ընդգծեց, որ մշակվել և ներդրվել է են օրենսդրական անհրաժեշտ կարգավորումներ քննիչի անկախությունն ապահովելու համար, որը քննիչը պետք է դրսևորի իր վարույթում գտնվող յուրաքանչյուր քրեական գործով: «Որևէ անմեղ մարդ չպետք է դատապարտվի, հանցանք գործած որևէ անձ չպետք է ազատվ ի քրեական պատասխանատվությունից, իսկ դրանց հնարավոր է հասնել միայն օբյեկտիվ քննությամբ, օրենքով սահմանված կարգով ձեռք բերված ապացույցների արդյունքում»,- եզրափակեց Աղվան Հովսեփյանը:

ՀՀ արդարադատության ակադեմիայի ռեկտոր Սերգեյ Առաքելյանն ընդգծեց, որ ակադեմիան ավարտած շրջանավարտների ուղին շատ դժվար է եղել: «Նրանք, ցուցաբերելով աշխատասիրություն, համապատասխան ջանքեր, ի վերջո, հասել են այս օրվան: Յուրաքանչյուր մարդ ինքն է պատասխանատու իր ընտրության համար: Սիրելի շրջանավարտներ, դուք ինքներդ եք ընտրել այս բարդ, պատասխանատու աշխատանքը:

Եվ, հաշվի առնելով, այս ժամանակահատվածում ձեզ ճանաչելու հնարավորությունը, ես կարող եմ վստահ պնդել, որ դուք ի վիճակի եք կատարել ձեր առջև դրված խնդիրները: Ձեր գործը շատ պատասխանատու է նաÖ ‡ այն առումով, որ դուք ձեր գործով լուծելու եք մարդկային ճակատագրեր: Չմոռանաք երբեք, որ դուք եք հանդիսանալու հիմքը, որի հիման վրա իրականացվելու է արդարադատությունը»,- ասաց Առաքելյանը:

Ակադեմիայի շրջանավարտներին ավարտական դիպլոմները և աշխատանքի ընդունելու հրամանները հանձնեց ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Աղվան Հովսեփյանը: Միջոցառման ավարտին նորանշանակ քննիչները տվեցին հանդիսավոր երդում:
