ՍԱՊԾ-ն սկսել է հասարակական խորհրդի ձևավորման աշխատանքները

ՀՀ ԳՆ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայությունը (ՍԱՊԾ), կարևորելով հասարակական կազմակերպությունների, լրատվամիջոցների, սննդամթերքի անվտանգության ոլորտի մասնագետների դերակատարությունը և աջակցությունն առկա խնդիրների լուծման գործում, սկսում է հասարակական խորհրդի ձևավորման աշխատանքները և դրա կազմում ընդգրկվելու համար հայտերի ընդունման գոր ծընթացը: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ ԳՆ ՍԱՊԾ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Խորհուրդը կաջակցի ՍԱՊԾ-ի առջև դրված խնդիրների ու գործառույթների առավել արդյունավետ իրականացմանը՝ ներկայացնելով առաջարկություններ և դիտողություններ, միաժամանակ կապահովի հասարակական սեկտորի մասնակցությունը սննդամթերքի անվտանգության ոլորտում որոշումների կայացմանը և կնպաստի հասարակական վերահսկողության մեծացմանը:

Խորհրդի աշխատանքներին մասնակցության հայտ կարող են ներկայացնել այն հասարակական կազմակերպությունները, զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցները, ազգային փոքրամասնությունների ներկայացուցիչները և շահագրգիռ անձինք, որոնց գործունեությունը համընկնում է Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության նպատակներին, խնդիրներին և գործունեության ուղղություններին, որոնք ունեն առնվազն 2 տարվա փորձ ՍԱՊԾ իրավասության բնագավառում (զբաղվել են սպառողների իրավունքների պաշտպանությամբ, ունեն թեմատիկ հրապարակումներ, իրականացրել են ոլորտին առնչվող ծրագրեր կամ փորձագիտական և գիտական աշխատանքներ (կամ մասնակցել են դրանց), սննդամթերքի անվտանգությանը վերաբերող հարցերով համագործակցել են միջազգային կառույցների հետ, և նրանց մասնակցությունը կարող է նպաստել հասարակական խորհրդի առավել արդյունավետ գործունեությանը):

Խորհրդի կազմում չեն կարող ընդգրկվել այն անձինք կամ կազմակերպությունները, որոնց տվյալ պահին ֆինանսավորում է (դրամաշնորհ կամ ծառայությունների մատուցում՝ «Գնումների մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի համաձայն) ՍԱՊԾ-ն:

Հասարակական խորհրդի կազմում ընդգրկվելու համար հայտերը ներկայացնել մինչև ս/թ դեկտեմբերի 15-ը ներառյալ՝ ապահովելով վերը նշված պահանջները հիմնավորող տեղեկություններն ու փաստաթղթերը (հայտի ձևը կցվում է):

Խորհրդի կազմը ձևավորելու ժամանակ նախապատվություն կտրվի այն հայտատուներին, որոնց գործունեությունն առավել սերտ է առնչվում ՍԱՊԾ գործառույթներին ու նպատակներին:

Հայտերը ներկայացնել Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայություն՝ Կոմիտաս 49/2 հասցեով, կամ ուղարկել ssfs@ssfs.am էլեկտրոնային հասցեին: Լրացուցիչ հարցերի դեպքում՝ խնդրում ենք զանգահարել 010 20-60-40 կամ 010 20-38-64 (123) հեռախոսահամարներով:
