1. Հապալաս։ Տեսողության լավացման համար ամենահայտնի և ամենաարդյունավետ միջոցներից մեկն է։ Այն օգտագործեք ցանկացած վիճակում։

Մաղադանոսը՝ կիտրոնի և մեղրի հետ։ Այս դեղամիջոցը պետք է օգտագործել մեկ ամիս, ապա երկամսյա ընդիմիջում անել և անհրաժեշտության դեպքում կրկնել բուժման կուրսը։ Խառնեք մանրացված կիտրոնը, մաղադանոսի արմատները և մեկ ճաշի գդալ մեղրը։ Ընդունեք թեյի գդալով՝ օրվա ընթացքում 2-3 անգամ՝ ուտելուց 30 րոպե առաջ կամ ուտելուց 1.5 ժամ անց։

3. Չինական կիտրոն։ Այս բույսի թարմ պտուղները կարող եք օգտագործել ցանկացած տեսքով։ Օրվա առաջին կեսին օգտագործեք 3-5 պտուղ և ոչ ավելի։

6. Կալենդուլա։ 1-2 թեյի գդալի վրա ավելացրեք մեկ բաժակ եռացրած ջուր և խմեք սովորական թեյի նման։

7. Սամիթ։ Սամիթի մեկ թեյի գդալ սերմերի վրա մեկ բաժակ եռացրած ջուր լցրեք։ Թրմեք 15 րոպե, սառեցրեք։ Օրվա ընթացքում օգտագործեք 3 անգամ բաժակի 1/3-ի չափով՝ ուտելուց 15 րոպե առաջ։ Անհրաժեշտ է օգտագործել 1 ամիս՝ 1 շաբաթ դադարով։

8. Լոռամրգի։ Գլաուկոմայի դեպքում կարող եք օգտագործել լոռամրգի հյութն օրվա ընթացքում երկու անգամ՝ յուրաքանչյուր անգամ բաժակի 1/3-ի չափով։ Օգտագործեք երկու շաբաթ շարունակ։ Անհրաժեշտության դեպքում կրկնեք մի քանի ամիս անց։

9. Խնկեղեգ։ Լավացնում է տեսողությունը, ինչպես նաև հիշողությունն ու լսողությունը։ Այս բույսի հյութն անհրաժեշտ է խմել օրվա ընթացքում 3 անգամ՝ յուրաքանչյուր անգամ՝ մեկ թեյի բաժակ։

10. Բուրսինկա։ Շատ օգտակար է տեսողության համար, հատկապես հեռատեսության դեպքում։ Կարելի է օգտագործել ցանկացած ձևով։
