Հայ ժողովրդն արժանի է ապրելու ժամանակակից, բարգավաճ և կայուն երկրում: Այս մասին  Հայաստանի հանրապետական կուսակցության 16-րդ համագումարին ուղղված տեսաուղերձում նշել է Եվրոպական կուսակցության նախագահ Ժոզեֆ Դոլը:

«Դժբախտաբար ես չեմ կարողացել ձեզ այսօր միանալ, սակայն ցանկանում եմ ձեզ հասցեագրել իմ բարեկամական ուղերձը Հանրապետական կուսակցության համագումարին, որը տեղի է ունենում այս կուսակցության և ձեր երկրի համար շատ կարևոր պահի: Այս ամռանը Հայաստանին մեծ վիշտ պատաճառած բռնություններից հետո ձեր երկիրը կարիք ունի ուշքի գալու, ինչպես նաև նոր թափ հաղորդելու իր որդեգրած բարեփոխումերի ճանապարհին` դեպի Եվրոպա: ՀՀԿ-ն այս գործընթացի հաջողության հիմնական դերակատարն է»,- Արմենպրեսի փոխանցմամբ՝ ասել է ԵԺԿ նախագահը:

Նրա խոսքով, որպես իշխող քաղաքական կուսակցություն, Հանրապետականը կրում է քաղաքական կայունությունը վերականգնելու, կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարելու, իրավական պետության սկզբունքներն ամրապնդելու, դատական համակարգի անկախությունն ապահովելու պարտավորություն:

«Այս ամենը կարևոր է հայ ժողովրդի համար, որն արժանի է ապրելու ժամանակակից, բարգավաճ և կայուն երկրում: Այս ամենն ապահովելու համա կարևոր է տարածաշրջանում կայունությունը: Դա կարևոր է նաև Հայաստան-Եվրամիություն հարաբերությունները խորացնելու համար, ինչը միշտ առաջ է քաշվել և աջակցության արժանացել ԵԺԿ-ի կողմից: Ես միշտ բարձր եմ գնահատել համագործակցությունը ՀՀԿ-ի և  նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետ: Նրա հետ ես միշտ հետաքրքիր շփումներ եմ ունեցել ԵԺԿ-ի ընդլայնված գագթնաժողովի շրջանակներում»,-ասել է նաև:

Ժոզեֆ Դոլն, անդրադառնալով նոր Սահմանադրությանը և սպասվող ընտրություններին, նշել է, որ բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերը պետք է համատեղ աշխատեն, որպեսզի ապահովեն 2017 թվականի խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխան անցկացնելու գործընթացը:

«Այսօր դուք քվեարկելու եք, որպեսզի վերահաստատեք ձեր վստահությունը նախագահ Սարգսյանի հանդեպ, որպեսզի հավանություն տաք մի ծրագրի, որն առաջիկա տարիներին ձեզ կծառայի որպես ուղեցույց: Ես բարձր եմ գնահատում ՀՀԿ-ի բարեփոխումների ծրագիրը: Ուրախությամբ տեղեկացա, որ ձեր ծրագիրը կազմելիս ոգեշնչվել եք ԵԺԿ-ի ծրագրով: Դա հիանալի առիթ է ամրապնդելու մեր կապերը և մեր պարտավորությունը ընդհանուր աժեքների հանդեպ»-հավելել է նա` մաղթելով արդյունավետ քննարկումներ:
