Հայաստանում բիզնես միջավայրի զարգացման այլընտրանք չկա: Պարտք-կապիտալ- ներդրումներ- պահանջարկի խրախուսում-տնտեսական աճ բանաձևն արդեն իրեն սպառել է: Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ` լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց Հայաստանում Ամերիկյան առևտրի պալատինախկին նախագահ Տիգրան Ջրբաշյանը:

Նրա խոսքով` արտաքին պարտքի տեղ արդեն չկա: «Չկա ոչ թե նրա համար, որ մեզ այլևս արտաքին պարտք չեն տա, այլ նրա համար, որ մեզ մոտ արդեն սկսվել է պարտքը մարելու գործընթացը: Առաջիկա տարիներն այս առումով լուրջ մարումների փուլ են լինելու»,-ասաց նա՝ հավելելով, որ կապիտալի ձեւավորման առումով Հայաստանի ցուցանիշը կրիտիկական է` 14 տոկոս:
