Դավիթ Լոքյանը Ֆրանսիայի դեսպանի հետ քննարկել է երկկողմ հարաբերությունների ամրապնդման հարցերը

ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման եւ զարգացման նախարար Դավիթ Լոքյանն այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 29-ին, ընդունել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Ֆրանսիայի արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպան Ժան-Ֆրանսուա Շարպանտիեին: Նախարարը բարձր է գնահատել հայ-ֆրանսիական ապակենտրոնացված համագործակցության կենսունակությունը, մասնավորապես, համայնքների ներգրավումը տարբեր գործակցություններում եւ իրականացվող ծրագրերի կարեւորությունը: Այդ համատեքստում նախարար Դավիթ Լոքյանը հատկապես կարեւորել է ս.թ. դեկտեմբերի 1-ին եւ 2-ին կայանալիք  հայ-ֆրանսիական ապակենտրոնացված համագործակցության 3-րդ  համաժողովի անցկացումը: Նախարարի խոսքով, համաժողովը հայկական եւ ֆրանսիական տեղական իշխանությունների համար մասնագիտական փորձի փոխանակման եւ   համագործակցության զարգացման խնդիրներին համատեղ լուծումներ տալու լավ առիթ կհանդիսանա:  Դեսպան Շարպանտիեն, իր հերթին, ընդգծել է հայ-ֆրանսիական ապակենտրոնացված համագործակցության համաժողովների կարեւորությունը` նշելով, որ դրանք լավ  առիթ են հանրագումարի բերելու անցյալ եւ պլանավորելու ապագա համագործակցությունները: Տեղական մակարդակում հայ-ֆրանսիական երկկողմ հարաբերությունների ամրապնդման տեսանկյունից դեսպանը կարեւորել է երկու երկրների պատվիրակությունների հաճախակի փոխայցելությունները: Դեսպանի խոքով, այդ այցերը վկայում են երկկողմ հարաբերությունների շարժունակության, զարգացման դինամիկայի մասին, ինչպես նաեւ հանդիսանում են հայ-ֆրանսիական ապակենտրոնացված համագործակցության կարեւոր վեկտորներից մեկը:

Հայ-ֆրանսիական ապակենտրոնացված համագործակցության 3-րդ համաժողովին ընդառաջ կայացած հանդիպմանը զրուցակիցները մտքեր են փոխանակել համաժողովի առանցքային թեմաների` զբոսաշրջության, գյուղատնտեսության ու տեղական տնտեսական զարգացման, կրթության, մշակույթի եւ այլ հարցերի շուրջ:

Հանդիպման ավարտին կողմերը վերահաստատել են արդյունավետ համագործակցության համար նորարարական լուծումներ գտնելու պատրաստակամությունը` միտված տարածքների տնտեսական զարգացմանը եւ տեղական կյանքում քաղաքացիների ավելի մեծ մասնակցության ընդլայնմանը:
