ՀՀ Գեղարքունիքի եւ Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության Իզերի մարզերի միջեւ ստորագրվեց համագործակցության պայմանագիր

Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանում այսօր ապակենտրոնացված համագործակցության պայմանագիր ստորագրվեց Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Գեղարքունիքի եւ Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության Իզերի մարզերի միջեւ:

Պայմանագիրը ստորագրեցին Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանը եւ Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության Իզերի դեպարտամենտում մշակույթի ժառանգության եւ ապակենտրոնացվան հարցերով փոխնախագահ Պատրիկ Կուրտոն:

Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանից ստորագրման պահին ներկա էին Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետի տեղակալներ Անդրանիկ Հակոբյանը, Կարեն Հակոբյանը, Արտաշես Նիկոյանը, մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Սեւակ Խլղաթյանը, զարգացման ծրագրերի եւ վերլուծության բաժնի վարիչ Վարդուհի Մնացականյանը, Ֆրանսիական կողմից՝ Իզերի դեպարտամենտալ խորհրդի միջազգային համագործակցության ծրագրերի պատասխանատու Մաթիլդ Լեստրան:

«Այսօր մենք ստորագրեցինք ապակենտրոնացված համագործակցության պայմանագիրը առաջիկա 3 տարիների կտրվածքով:Մեր երկրների ղեկավարները հնարավորություն են ս տեղծել, որ Գեղարքունիքի եւ Իզերի մարզերը  ուղղակի համագործակցություն հաստատեն մի շարք ոլորտներում:

Մեր համագործակցությունը տարիների պատմություն ունի, որը ձեռքբերումներ է արձանագրել առողջապահության, տուրիզմի զարգացման եւ ֆրանսերենի ուսուցման ուղղություններում: Առավել կարեւոր ձեռքբերում եմ համարում ֆրանսիացիների աջակցությամբ մարզի գյուղական բուժկետերում իրականացված ծրագիրը, ինչի արդյունքում հիմնանորոգվեցին եւ վերակահավորվեցին Վարդենիսի եւ Ճամբարակի տարածքների գյուղական բուժկետերի եւ Կարճաղբյուրի ու Ծովակի բուժամբուլատոր իաների շենքերը:

Շատ համեստ միջոցներ ծախսելով՝ մենք կարողանում ենք հասնել ավելի մեծ արդյունքների: Այսօր այս ապակենտրոնացված համագործակցության պայմանագրով մենք հերթական անգամ ստորագրեցինք մեր փոխադարձ բարեկամության վերահաստատման հուշագիրը»,- նշեց Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանը:

«Սա մի համագործակցության պայմանագիր է, որը ոչ թե նոր է սկսվում, այլ շարունակվում է՝ երկար տարիների պատմությամբ: Համագործակցությունը հաջողություններ է արձանագրել առողջապահության, կրթության եւ տուրիզմի զարգացման ուղղություններում: Ֆրանսիական առածն է ասում, որ եթե մի բան սիրում ես, ապա դադարում ես հաշվել:

Սա արդեն իմ հինգերորդ այցն է Հայաստան: Ես ծնվել ու մեծացել եմ մի շրջանում, որտեղ ունեցել եմ ծագումով հայ ընկերներ ու դասընկերներ, Ֆրանսիայում ապրող հայերին մենք ընդունում ենք յուրայինների պես: Մեր բարեկամությունը գալիս է հազարամյակների խորքից, մեր մշակույթները շատ կողմերով նման են իրար:

Գեղարքունիքի եւ Իզերի համագործակցության 3 ուղղությունների մեջ հաջողված եմ համարում նաեւ ֆրանսերենի ուսուցման ուղղությունը եւ հայտնում եմ իմ շնորհակալությունը, որ դուք նպաստում եք ֆրանսերեն լեզվի եւ մշակույթի ուսուցմանն ու տարածմանը: Այս համագործակցության շարունակությունը խորացնելու է հայ-ֆրանսիական դարավոր բարեկամությունը»,- նշեց  Պատրիկ Կուրտոն: Պայմանագրի ստորագրումից հետո մարզպետ Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանը եւ փոխնախագահ

Պատրիկ Կուրտոն հուշանվերներ փոխանակեցին: Օրվա ընթացքում մարզպետ Ռաֆիկ Գրիգ որյանը եւ   փոխնախագահ Պատրիկ Կուրտոն Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանում հանդիպեցին ֆրանկոֆոնիայի շրջանակներում կազմակերպված  ֆրանսերեն լեզվի ուսուցման պարապմունքների մի խումբ  մասնակիցների:
