 ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարությունն ուղերձ է հղել` կոչ անելով Սևանա լճի հարակից համայնքների ազգաբնակչությանն արգելքի ժամանակահատվածում զերծ մնալ ձկան ապօրինի որսից և վաճառքից: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից: Ուղերձում ասվում է. 

«Հարգելի հայրենակիցներ,

Դեռ  թարմ են հիշողությունները, թե ինչպես Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անկախության առաջին տարիներին, երբ Արցախյան ազատամարտում պայքարող, տնտեսական և սոցիալական լուրջ դժվարություններին դիմակայող մեր երկրի բնակչության  սոցիալական խնդիրները մեծապես մեղմվեցին Սևանա լճի սիգի պաշարների շնորհիվ: Այն դժվարին տարիներին սիգի պաշարը,  ըստ էության,  լուծեց ռազմավարական խնդիր: Հետագա տարիներին սիգի քանակի կտրուկ նվազումը պետական լիազոր մարմինների համար հրամայական դարձրեց պաշարների պահպանմանը  և վերականգնմանն ուղղված  պարբերական գործողությունների իրականացումը: Դրանք տալիս են սպասվող արդյունքները, և այսօր ՀՀ գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայի կենդանաբանության և հիդրոէկոլոգիայի գիտական կենտրոնի  ուսումնասիրություններն արձանագրել են սիգի պաշարների զգալի բարելավում, սակայն դրանք դեռևս արդյունագործական պաշարների մակարդակի չեն հասել:

Ձկների բնական վերարտադրությունն ապահովելու նպատակով ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարի հրամանով 2016 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 1-ից մինչև 25-ը և 2017 թվականի հունվարի 6-ից մինչև 20-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում արգելվել է Սևանա լճում և այնտեղ թափվող գետերում ձկան և խեցգետնի որսը: ՀՀ բնապահպանության  նախարարության,  ՀՀ ոստիկանության,  ՀՀ Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանի համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումները,  ստորագրված համատեղ ծրագրի շրջանակներում, դեկտեմբերի 1-ից արգելքի ռեժիմի պահպանմանն ուղղված  միջոցառումներ  են իրականացնելու:

Որսի արգելքի միջոցառումները թույլ կտան Սևանա լճում ունենալ սիգի  արդյունագործական որսի չափաքանակ, ինչն առաջիկայում պետությանը հնարավորություն կտա տեղի բնակչությանը տալ արդյունագործական որսի թույլտվություն: Սա իր հերթին ապօրինի որս իրականացնողներին հնարավորություն կընձեռի հրաժարվել օրենքին հակասող անպատվաբեր գործողություններից: Մյուս կողմից էլ օրինական որսը հնարավորություն կստեղծի հստակ հաշվարկել ձկան չափաքանակը և կարգավորել այն, ինչն անհնար է ապօրինի որսի առկայության դեպքում: Որսի արգելքի այս կարճ ժամանակահատվածը նպատակ է հետապնդում տեղի բնակչության համար լուծել սոցիալական խնդիրներ` ապահովելով ձկան երկարաժամկետ արդյունագործական  որսի պաշարներ, իսկ Հանրապետության ողջ բնակչությունը հնարավորություն կունենա կայուն կերպով օգտվել Սևանի բարիքներից:

ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարությունը կոչ է անում Սևանա լճի հարակից համայնքների ազգաբնակչությանն արգելքի ժամանակահատվածում զերծ մնալ ձկան ապօրինի որսից և վաճառքից: Նմանատիպ դեպքերի հայտնաբերման դեպքում մեղավորները կպատժվեն օրենքի ողջ խստությամբ: Հանրապետության բնակչությանը կոչ ենք անում չգնել ապօրինի որսած և վաճառվող սիգ, որի մի զգալի հատվածը կարող է լինել նաև նախկինում որսած և սառնարաններում պահված խմբաքանակից: Հասարակական կազմակերպություններին և քաղաքացիական հասարակության ներկայացուցիչներին կոչ ենք անում աջակցել որսի արգելք ի միջոցառումների իրականացմանը:  Ձկան ապօրինի վաճառքի և որսի յուրաքանչյուր դեպքի ականատես լինելու դեպքում, քաղաքացիներին խնդրում ենք զանգահարել ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության Թեժ գիծ (հեռ. 011-818-559) կամ ՀՀ ոստիկանություն»:
