 ՀՀ ԳՆ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության պետ Իշխան Կարապետյանը նոյեմբերի 30-ին հանդիպել է Խորենացի փողոցի հարակից տարածքում, Մալաթիայի, Կոմիտասի և Նոր Նորքի շուկաներում մսի վաճառքով զբաղվող տնտեսավարողների հետ: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ ԳՆ ՍԱՊԾ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Ծառայության ղեկավարը տեղեկացրել է, որ ՍԱՊԾ-ն նախաձեռնել է հանդիպում-քննարկումներ մսի վաճառքի շղթայի բոլոր օպերատորների հետ՝ մորթից մինչև իրացում բոլոր օղակներում առկա խնդիրները քննարկելու և հնարավոր լուծումներ տալու նպատակով: Հաշվի առնելով ոլորտում առկա մի շարք խնդիրներ՝ Ծառայության պետը խոսել է դաշտը կանոնակարգելու և բոլորի գործառույթները հստակեցնելու անհրաժեշտության մասին՝ կարևորելով տնտեսավարողների մասնակցությունն այս գործընթացում: Զգուշացվել է, որ տնտեսավարողները ձեռնպահ մնան առանց ուղեկցող փաստաթղթերի, ակնհայտ կասկածե լի կամ հիգիենիկ պայմանների խախտումով տեղափոխված միսն ընդունելուց և իրացնելուց, այլապես պետական վերահսկողության շրջանակներում կկիրառվեն պատասխանատվության խիստ միջոցներ:

ՍԱՊԾ-ում արդեն իսկ տեղի է ունեցել հանդիպում անասնաբուժասանիտարական փորձաքննություն իրականացնող ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձանց հետ. նրանց նույնպես խստորեն զգուշացվել  է՝  առանց պատշաճ փորձաքննության չտրամադրել անասնաբուժասանիտարական փորձաքննության եզրակացություն և ապահովել, որ մսեղիքի վրա լինի անասնաբուժական դրոշմակնիքը՝ սահմանված կարգի համապատասխան:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում ՍԱՊԾ անասնաբուժության տեսչության պետ Հովհաննես Մկրտչյանը տնտեսավարողներին ևս մեկ անգամ ներկայացրել է մսի շուկայահանմանը ներկայացվող՝ գործող անասնաբուժասանիտարական անվտանգության և հիգիենիկ պահանջները՝ նշելով, որ պետք է համապատասխան աշխատանքներ տանել  անհրաժեշտ պայմաններն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:

Ծառայության պետը տնտեսավարողներին նաև տեղեկացրել է, որ կառավարության ծրագրով նախատեսված է որոշ ժամանակ հետո կենդանիների մորթ կատարել բացառապես սպանդանոցային պայմաններում, ինչն էականորեն կկարգավորի դաշտը և զգալիորեն կնվազեցնի առկա ռիսկերը:

Տնտեսավարողներին ՍԱՊԾ-ում հորդորել են կասկածելի բոլոր դեպքերում անմիջապես տեղեկացնել Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայությանը:
